Up to two dogs are welcome to stay free of charge with your reservation.
We ask that guests bring a lint roller and take a few minutes before checkout to remove any dog hair from linens and bedding.
This simple courtesy helps us keep our pet-friendly policy free for everyone. If excessive pet hair is left behind that requires additional cleaning or laundering, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, as this level of cleaning is not included in our standard cleaning fee.
Cats and other animals are not permitted due to severe allergies.

Free parking includes a private driveway for three vehicles plus street parking in front of the home (not neighbors' homes).

Our home is professionally maintained but not brand new, so minor cosmetic wear may be present.
The home receives regular pest service, but occasional insects are common in the Southeast. Wildlife such as squirrels, raccoons, and deer may also be seen outdoors.
To make your stay effortless from arrival to departure, we provide a thoughtfully designed Guest Portal through an external link, sent immediately after your reservation. The portal gives you one convenient place to familiarize yourself with our home before arrival, including how to operate the door lock, adjust the thermostat, use the appliances, and more. It is the exclusive source for all detailed information about the property, including your check-in code and access instructions, Wi-Fi details, home information, helpful video guides, and local recommendations.
Guests have private access to the home, driveway, and backyard. Some owner closets remain locked.
Exterior cameras monitor only the front entrance, driveway, and street. There are no indoor cameras.
Because this is a pet-friendly home, occasional pet hair may remain despite professional cleaning, not appropriate for guests with dog allergies.
A railroad track is within a mile of the home. Trains horn can be heard outside, and the sound may also be faintly heard from inside the home.

✦✦ADDITIONAL CHARGES✦✦
We don't expect to charge any additional fees, and most guests never incur them. To help keep our home in excellent condition for everyone, charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, undisclosed pets, late checkout without approval, or violations of our House Rules. A complete fee schedule is included in our Rental Agreement and House Rules provided before check-in.


✦✦Cancellation✦✦
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable if a reservation is canceled, this fees are paid immediately to the credit card processor and can not be recovered.

✦✦HOUSE RULES✦✦
Primary guest must be 21+
No third-party bookings. If you are not staying in the home, please have the guests staying make their own reservation.
Registered guests only
No visitors without approval
Absolutely no parties or events. We have a zero tolerance for parties or events or guests above the ones on your reservation if prior approval in writing was given.
No smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, fireworks, or open flames
Do not move furniture or attach anything to walls
Commercial photography requires approval
Quiet hours begin at 9 PM-9:00AM
Local guests (living within an hour of Charlotte) require approval before booking to verify a party will not take place.
Guests are required to watch a video to learn how to use our lock prior to their arrival. This ensures a seamless check-in experience.
Failure to follow these rules may result in fees, cancellation without refund, and removal from the property.
