The layout of this home, the outside seating, and the pool area were perfect for a small family gathering. The view of the golf course is amazing, yet quiet, we weren’t bothered by people golfing all day. It’s very close to the little town center and we loved eating at the crepe place.

This house would get a great review on the views alone but it also has many other good points. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor living space is exceptional with breathtaking views, a warm pool, a putting green and plenty of seating and an outdoor grilling area. We will definitely return when we visit Phoenix again.

My wife and I have stayed at a number of wonderful vrbo properties, but this is the first one where we immediately re-booked for the following year. Fountain Hills is a great location -- close enough to the city but on the fringes of the unspoiled landscape. Our hosts were very responsive and very conscientious. The property has an amazing view from the back deck, is nicely appointed, and there is even a detached casita to provide privacy for a group. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed the home. Beautiful views. Backyard was perfect for hanging out with the heat pool and grill for cooking. Will definitely stay here again!

Spartan Race Stay

We stayed for two days of Spartan races. We enjoyed the heated pool after the 10k and 5k races. Great place to stay with beautiful views of the golf course.

We had the most enjoyable time staying in Fountain Hills. The town is relatively small an easy to get around. The property is located on a golf course on a quiet road. The deck in the back as fantastic views and the heated pool is very relaxing. The property was perfect for our needs. I would definitely return next time I am in the Phoenix area

Looked nice but be prepared.

It was a nice house on the golf coarse. I felt that the house was not as prepared as others I have stayed in. The floors were not clean, dryer broken, shower door in third bathroom didn’t close all the way, rotten wood by pool, not enough towels, etc..If u don’t care about those things it was a beautiful house.

Dear Laura, Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately, we feel that your comments are very unfair and misleading to future guests. Firstly, our house was newly renovated and is beautiful. There is no rotten wood. The floors were not dirty. Our cleaner sends us pictures after every clean. Nonetheless, we wanted you to be happy so we sent her back to clean for you. But you sent her away and said the floors were not dirty. We apologized profusely about the dryer( since we didn’t know there was a fault . It has been newly repaired) and we had the repairman there as soon as possible. You said you understood. Lastly, there were towels set out for you in every bathroom for 2 guests ( 3 bathrooms that’s over a dozen towels). We saw extra guests staying with you, who weren’t booked, to which we said nothing. They must have used the extra towels. In the future, as a courtesy to all rental property owners, please write decent and fair reviews. We all work hard to make our homes beautiful for all our guests. Be nice. Your truly, Kat and Phil
