The Space:
As the name alludes, you’ll be located in the historic Mt. Adams neighborhood of the city, with roots tracing back to the early 19th century. Strolling through the neighborhood, you can admire the beautifully preserved architecture along with key historical landmarks that tell stories of the past. For art enthusiasts, Mt. Adams is home to the renowned Cincinnati Art Museum, housing an impressive collection of artworks spanning 6,000 years of world history. Eden Park, with its serene lakes, walking trails, and scenic overlooks, is ideal for a leisurely stroll or a picnic. The park's Krohn Conservatory is a botanical haven, showcasing exotic plants from around the world. As a bonus, you’ll be just a couple of miles from downtown and mere minutes to all of the city’s hottest attractions from entertaining nightlife to award-winning restaurants and more.
The home’s interior tells just as much of a story as the surrounding outdoors, showcasing an ideal fusion of modern and luxurious finishes and the preservation of historic features. Perched atop a hillside, the level of this home offers extremely rare, sweeping city views from the shaded deck, the perfect to soak in the fresh air while dining al fresco or spending quiet evenings around the tabletop fireplace with a refreshing cocktail in hand. Heading back indoors, enjoy your downtime stretched out on the bed while streaming episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. The stylish kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleep cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Grab a high-top stool at the island to dine on your well-earned fare, whether prepared in the convenience of home or taken out from a newly discovered local restaurant.
This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. In addition, a twin fold-out chair in the entryway offers the option for a peaceful afternoon nap or curling up with a great book. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking next to the home for 1 vehicle, with additional parking on the street as needed. Guests are not permitted to park in the lot next door.
