The park's Krohn Conservatory is a botanical haven, showcasing exotic plants from around the world. As a bonus, you’ll be just a couple of miles from downtown and mere minutes to all of the city’s hottest attractions from entertaining nightlife to award-winning restaurants and more.

This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking next to the home for 1 vehicle, with additional parking on the street as needed. Guests are not permitted to park in the lot next door.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is mounted on the door into the main home, actively monitoring the walkway and parking space. The second is mounted at the entrance to Apartment 1, actively monitoring the walkway and stairs into Apartment 1.
