MINIMUM AGE: All guests in non family units must be at least 21. Additional screening measures may take places for guests between ages 21-24 and a security deposit may be requested
--RENTAL AGREEMENT & SECURITY HOLD REQUIRED: --will be provided after booking reservation. Must be signed before receiving unit access code. The resort requires hosts to collect basic contact information to submit the reservation. In addition, a security hold will be collected on a credit card. These funds will be released 2 days after checkout assuming no damage is discovered.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund (minus 3% processing fee) will be honored for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. No refunds after 30 days.
EXTERNAL VERIFICATION PROCESS: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
NO SMOKING/VAPING allowed anywhere in the hotel
--EXTRA FEES: –$67 mandatory valet fee if bringing a car (gratuity not included) –$62.15 Daily Resort Fee per room, which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, 2 daily bike rental, wifi, pool/beach towel service, daily am yoga classes. –Hotel will require a credit card for incidentals -The resort can slightly increase these fees with limited notice. I will update as soon as possible
POOL ACCESS: The booking includes complimentary access to the West Pool & Hot Tub. Please note that the East Pool is a separate hotel amenity and guests are welcome to enjoy it by purchasing a day pass directly through the hotel. This has been the access policy since February 2025 and remains current.
POOL HOURS--pool closes at 7 pm
-ONE NIGHT STAYS: may occasionally be offered depending calendar availability. Prices may be higher and one night stays will be subject to further screening before confirming, and a possible security deposit.
–The elevators can occasionally have a brief wait time
NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds are given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise.
AMENITIES: are managed by the W, and availability and full operation cannot be guaranteed. However, we will make every effort to communicate any changes to guests.The Wifi and CableTV is also managed by the W residence, so we cannot be responsible for a rare outage, but we will do our best to communicate updates with you.
--MANAGEMENT ENTRY TO PREMISES--owner/manager/building staff will make every effort not to enter property during guest stays. However, if the need arises without alternative, they will notify the guest with as much notice as possible and find a time to do so with the least disturbance.
–There is no daily cleaning provided
OCCUPANCY LIMITS--The city of Fort Lauderdale authorizes 4 adults to stay in this unit, as well as up to 2 children under the age of 13 who are comfortable sleeping on a sofa.
VALET PARKING: Can have brief wait times . There is a system in place to call or text ahead to reduce your wait time.
DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
NOISE & SMOKING MONITORING In accordance with the city code of Fort Lauderdale, the vacation rental is equipped with a noise monitoring device that alerts the property owner and manager if noise levels exceed a certain threshold. This device does not record conversations; it only measures noise levels. Additionally, this device can also detect the presence of smoking in the unit.
BALCONY DISCLOSURE: Please be advised that the balcony for this rental unit features a privacy divider that may not fully restrict access from the neighboring unit's balcony. As a result, there is a possibility that items or debris from the adjacent balcony could be present in the balcony. Therefore, guests should not be barefoot on the balcony and should not allow children alone unsupervised.
SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays.
BATHROOM SINKS: Please note that, due to the building’s plumbing design, some bathroom sinks may drain a bit more slowly than typical. They are inspected regularly and are functioning properly.
BALCONY: Due to the property's proximity to the ocean, salt air and coastal breezes can cause natural residue accumulation on balcony surfaces between cleanings. This is a normal characteristic of coastal properties and does not affect the cleanliness or enjoyment of the space.
-For reservations exceeding 28 days in length, an additional rental agreement will need to be signed with additional terms, including but not limited to the right for mid stay cleanings/inspections at mutually agreeable times.
–For same day reservations, we will do our best to have the room ready by 4 pm but it cannot be guaranteed.

Great living space and great location. The condo was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The only drawback is that one of the bedrooms has an open layout bathroom which does not work for 2 guests that aren't a couple as there is a lack of privacy.

The W is unique for it's 5 star amenities. There is towel service every where you go, so no need to pack or carry around towels In addition, the lounge chairs at the beach and the pool are super comfortable so you can maximize your relaxation.
In addition, this particular property is on the same level as the pools and gym, so there is quick and easy access to go for a swim or workout
