Newly redesigned first floor unit with a sleek, minimalist approach. Equipped with brand new appliances, comfy beds, streaming services, in unit laundry, fast wifi internet and plenty of free street parking. This listing is perfect for long stays or short get togethers.

HOUSE RULES:

l've had some guests try to throw parties and skirt the rules. Please just don't. I'm sorry for the length of the rules. VRBO requires us to be very thorough in our explanation. My apologies for the length:

Please enter correct number of guests staying in the unit.
Any guests at the unit past 2am will be considered "overnight guests" and charged accordingly.

1. Please NO SHOES in the unit.
2. Please wash any dishes you use. There will be a $25 fee for more than just a handful of dishes left behind.
3. While we don't allow parties, we do understand that families will have get togethers or gatherings. Please just have it cleared PRIOR to your stay so there is no miscommunication.
4. No smoking $200 fine for cleaning.
5. No pets. I do have other units available that accept pets.

Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, request for repair service, or otherwise. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 8 hours. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman/technician access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue is remedied, and there will be no further action required.

Any attempt to temper with the smoke detector, or outdoor security cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refunds.

This is a self check-in property. You will be using a keypad doorknob with a given combination to enter the apartment. You understand this. You certify that you will read the check in instructions prior to arrival

While there is a cleaning fee, the fee is to cover changing of linens, washing of towels and "normal" cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom and living areas. There may be an additional charge for excessive messes. Upon an "excessive cleaning" situation, I will not leave any review, I will simply send a request for an extra cleaning fee (usually around $25-$100) depending on how much extra time it took to clean.
