Welcome to our spectacular apartment located at the Beachwalk Elite Resort, on the 32nd floor. A Brand New Condo in front of Hallandale Beach, a Walmart supermarket for your groceries and few minutes drive to Aventura Mall.
This two-bedroom apartment features a full kitchen, 2 full bathroom , a private balcony, washer & dryer. Amenities include a bay view pool, sundeck and a modern fitness center. The building was designed by Pininfarina (Ferrari).
$ 30 daily resort fee and $28 daily parking fee- both payable upon arrival . $ 250 credit card security deposit requested,.

Beachwalk Resort, ideally located between Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Enjoy a stunning condo-hotel on South Florida's beautiful beaches, complete with pool, gym, and resort-style amenities. This unit offers a south-facing balcony with direct views of the ocean and intracoastal waterways. Just a block from the beach, it features a king size bed , accommodating up to 3 people, with a private bathroom and TV. Washer & Dryer. Additional amenities include a fitness center, on-site restaurant, and free beach shuttle.
