Two full bathrooms, and full Kitchen with all the utilities, pans and dishes. Relax on two patio's with your morning coffee and good book. This monthly rental has the options to include all the club privileges at the HOA, including the pool, golf, and all new home furnishings. Relaxing family area, dining, and well-equipped kitchen. Two Spotless bathrooms, linens, and towels are included. Patio area to relax and enjoy sunsets or morning coffee. Garage, close to Naples and beach's, and great dining, in the area.

This is a Master planned community with a resort-style of living, and Ave Maria is one of the fastest-growing Master Planned self-sustained communities in America. Most amenities are like a resort pool and tiki bar, and the clubhouse is underway, but the Golf Course is open and running in full swing. The pickleball courts are up and running. You can also enjoy the Ave Maria Community Center for amenities, and National residents are permitted here as we are part of the Ave Maria master-planned community.
