Trash & Cleanliness
a) All trash must be placed in the designated bins located outside the home
b) Please return the home in the same clean condition as when you arrived
BBQ / Charcoal Grill Policy
a) Grill Fee: $75 per stay (automatically waived if grill is cleaned and properly stored after use)
b) To have your fee waived, please ensure:
1. Grill is cleaned thoroughly after each use
2. Grill cover is placed back after cool-down
3. Dispose of all used charcoal.
Liability & Acknowledgment
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) The host and property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses sustained by guests or their invitees during their stay.
