Ubicada en un acantilado, esta casa frente al mar cuenta con una vista al mar cercana y sin obstrucciones de 180 grados que abarca desde Point Reyes hasta Bodega Head. Escucha los sonidos de las olas rompiendo debajo y ve a los pelícanos volando por encima. Un corto paseo de siete minutos por el Pinnacle Gulch Trail conduce a una playa aislada con piscinas de marea con estrellas de mar durante la marea baja.
El plano de esta espaciosa casa es ideal para grandes reuniones. La casa tiene 4 habitaciones que incluye dos master suites. Cada habitación tiene su propio y moderno televisor de pantalla plana 4KHD de 50 pulgadas y la sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana 4KHD de 70 pulgadas con cable disponible y conexión a Internet de alta velocidad. La cocina totalmente equipada y el área de lavandería tienen electrodomésticos nuevos y el hogar tiene una nueva tina caliente de 8 meses para dos personas, mesa de billar, mesa de juego y una parrilla de carbón y de gas. Hay muchos asientos al aire libre disponibles.

Home has major maintenance issues: heating was inadequate as mentioned from previous October review; fireplace venting issue causing smoke in the house; leaking skylight puddling water in the hall; other water damage around windows and black mold in bathroom.

The view was excellent, 5 out of 5. The house was not in the best of condition, 2 out of 5. I had to contact the host to get enough towels for the 11 people and bedding for one of the beds. They were dropped off the next morning.The kitchen was in need of serious improvement. The refrigerator had missing and broken shelves, needed the filter changed and the ice maker didn’t work.The counter tops were cracked and chipped. The dishwasher was missing the top spray arm and the rails for the bottom rack. Even with hand prewash it did a very poor job. We cleaned the nasty filter and ran a hot cycle with vinegar to see if it would help.One of the master beds had a comfortable mattress but the frame was so wobbly it felt like it would collapse at any moment. One of the master showers has a clear glass window inside the shower that is clearly seen from the green space beyond.The only wood provided for the fireplace was 3 sticks of kindling.I was told there was only a charcoal grill so I bought charcoal to find there was a gas grill. If any one uses it be sure to turn the valve off on the tank because the valve on the grill didn’t shut off and we didn’t realize it until we were smelling the propane. That could have been a terrible disaster!There is a water leak in the outdoor closet where the trash is .There is a wild raccoon living in the wall outside the fireplace. We saw him go up into the uncovered vent and could hear him in the wall.More issues but no more space to list.

Great stay! Wonderful location, and beautiful views from the house. Short but steep trail to the beach was perfect. Unfortunately, the house stayed pretty cold, but they did offer space heaters and a fire place which were necessary. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed and more! There are stairs to the kitchen and living room which were challenging for our older guests. Overall clean and would recommend.

Host interaction was excellent. The wifi was problematic and went out multiple times, the house needs some tlc (visible water stains, dirty walls and doors, some mildew smells present on linens and on. bedrooms. The kitchen while very stocked in many items was lacking in some basics (i.e. wine glasses and opener). The decor was charming in most rooms and the view was spectacular.

No heat. On day 3 a HA tech arrived spent whole afternoon in house with attic ladder in hall, front door open and admitted that he couldn't fix it without other tools. Gave us some tips on how to get some heat. Then rain came and roof leaked in living room, hallway and bedroom. Mold around some windows, musty smell, paint peeling under windows.

Kitchen had more appliances than any other VRBO that I have stayed at. Beautiful views! I would definitely stay there again. Hot tub was perfect!

Good communication with the host.Well stocked kitchen.Clean house.Spectacular view.Near beach path.Hot tub just needed to be turned up a bit.Maybe add in the online VRBO post that it’s a tri-level house;it might be a challenge for some…Overall,a great place for our family gathering!

The home was very nice, lots of room and bathrooms, the ocean views and sunsets spectacular, easy access to the beach and the hot tub was wonderful. the game was fun and the bbq worked great. The kitchen was really well equipped and a set up for many people. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy.

We had a great stay with plenty of room. When in the hot tub, noticed sand inside. Looks like prior occupant had used the hot tub to wash the sand off from the beach. Tried to use the clean cycle but the sand remained.

The property is beautiful. Very large living room and dining room with views of the ocean and natural sounds of seals barking in the background. The four large bedrooms are located at seperate corners of the home, they are large and provide individual privacy. We had a good time, with a few challenges for our Mom who has limited mobility. Our Mom is waiting for knee surgery and the home has stairs everywhere. The home is on multiple levels and each living area is accessed by a different set of stairs. All have a hand rail affording some safety except for access to the living room. The owners should install a handrail to the living room stairs and also repair the broken wood trim on the floor. Pictures and description do not give accurate information about the stairs or access to each floor of the living areas and garage where the BBQ and pool table are located. Otherwise beautiful views and roomy accommodations.

Location was superb. Need instructions on how to turn on the shower, and maybe a fresh coat of paint inside. I think there are mice/critters in the walls, heard scratching at night.

We enjoyed our stay but ad does not show road in front of house. Could not get Master hand held shower to work. Only glass container liquid soap at sink…no shower soap or Kleenex. No grab rails in showers & hand rail to sunken living room. No operating or closing instructions.

Beautiful Beach Getaway!

Beautiful and spacious home. We were 6 adults and 3 young children. Split the 4 bedrooms just fine. There was a trail a few minutes (driving) away where you can park your car and go for the 1 mile trail - to the beach and back. There is also a wonderful restaurant in the actual community and beautiful views walking around the neighborhood. We had lots of beautiful deer and wild rabbits pay us a visit outside. The property had plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen had basics like salt, pepper, utensils, coffee maker, etc. Bring some cooking spray or oil though! (And ketchup) Only thing we were a bit disappointed with was that the jacuzzi needed some major cleaning. We turned the jets on and suddenly all these old hairs and debris came out and flooded the jacuzzi. Also fair warning, the hot water runs out rather quickly so plan accordingly when showering. Or with multiple people using the showers. Other than those minor things, it was a great stay! Host very responsive and helpful!
