Nuevos suelos Pergo instalados en noviembre de 2015. Esta es una propiedad cerrada con un equipo de administración en el lugar. Muy seguro, como si necesitaras tal cosa en Dauphin Island ...

Hay una piscina y paseo marítimo que conduce a las playas del Golfo. Mucho espacio, no en un lugar apilado uno encima del otro.
La unidad es muy espaciosa.

Ofrecemos un muy agradable de dos dormitorios con dos baños, 1,200 pies cuadrados lo convierte en un lugar muy espacioso para disfrutar de sus días al sol. Ofrecemos una piscina comunitaria que rara vez está abarrotada. Playas de arena blanca que están tan poco pobladas que algunos días puede sentirse solo. Proporcionamos todas las ollas, sartenes, ropa de cama, parrilla de carbón, sillas de playa, etc. Trae tus toallas de playa.

Lavadora y secadora están en la unidad para su uso. Tienes casi todo lo que necesitas aquí.

Proporciono un teléfono fijo y wifi.

Esta es una unidad para no fumadores, sin excepciones. Me encantan las mascotas y mis otras propiedades en la isla admiten mascotas, pero el Surf Club no permite mascotas para los no propietarios.

Cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, cocina eléctrica, triturador, cafetera, tostadora, cubiertos, utensilios para hornear, cuchillos, etc.

He pescado muchos peces pescando exactamente en primera línea de playa. Hacer una platija por la noche también es una muy buena posibilidad. Llevar a los niños a la costa por la noche lo pasará genial.

Family Fun and Sun: Our Perfect Getaway at Dauphin Island

Our family recently stayed at this lovely condo property in Dauphin Island, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The condo itself was incredibly quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. One of the highlights was the beach, which was remarkably uncrowded. We often felt like we had our own private stretch of sand, allowing us to enjoy the serene and picturesque environment without the usual hustle and bustle. The beach was also impressively clean, which made our daily outings even more pleasant. The condo’s proximity to the beach was another major plus. It was just a short, easy walk away, making it convenient to go back and forth as needed. This was especially appreciated by our family, as we could quickly return to the unit for snacks, breaks, or to escape the midday sun. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well. It was a great alternative to the beach, providing a refreshing spot to cool off and have fun. The pool area was well-maintained and added to the overall appeal of the property.

Upstairs condo very roomy

Owners are very responsive and made us feel welcomed. Lots of space even for a rainy afternoon with 5 adults. Plenty of table space for eating and board games too. However, don't expect privacy. The beach and pool are lovely. Even on 4th of July it wasn't over crowded. We saw dolphins twice. Unexpected - the sunroom with 2 beds is an extension off the living room. I hadn't noticed that in the photos but can see it in retrospect. We got this condo as overflow because our family was in the beach house next door owned by the Reeves. We had some complications with that and the only way to get to the family was 7-8 minute drive.

Great condo for a small family

Great unit with plenty of room for a small family. Condo was very quiet and the kids enjoyed making friends on the beach with other families. Very nice beach with lots of shells for the kids to collect and plenty of room as it was very uncrowded. Would gladly book here again.

Great trip

We did have a little issue with check-in as the email sent came from the property owner and it went to my junk, but one call to John and he got me back on track! (I blame Vrbo for not having a better process and communication!) The property was as advertised and was sufficient for our family. It is a little dated, but was very clean and that’s what counts. My only complaint is the beds were not comfortable and were “noisy” with each move, but everything else was very enjoyable. John was very responsive when we had internet issues and got everything resolved. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend. Very quiet gated community with a nice pool and beautiful beaches and great location!

Private-like beach

Location was great-nice walkable neighborhood. Small, private beach. Surprisingly large, 2nd floor condo, clean but very dated. Kitchen, we’ll stocked. (Broken, mismatched blinds throughout, refrigerator door had to be monitored to stay closed.)New flooring was nice. Plenty of cards/puzzles/books for the few rainy days. Great view from the sunroom.

Family Dauphin IS trip!

Great location that was very convenient to both the beach and a nice shared pool that was never crowded. Great low key place for families looking to relax. Check in process was super easy and John was very responsive!

Great trip

Our 1st time visiting DI. This condo was a great choice to get to know the island. Short, easy walk to the clean, private beach. Nice pool for our family, especially our 6 year old son loved the pool. He made many friends his age to swim, crab, and play with. Condo itself has a beautiful view! Clean and had more than enough kitchen, beach and pool supplies. If we had to find anything to complain about it would be the lack of a balcony, but the windows and airflow in sunroom was a nice substitute. We fell in love with the island and plan to return!

Girls’ Trip

My friends and I had a great stay! We were just a minute or two walk to the beach. The pool was extremely enjoyable…beautiful view of the ocean from the pool. Mr. Reeves was great to work with and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful!

Summer Vacay

We enjoyed our weeks stay. Condo was very roomy and clean. Games and cards there for entertainment while inside. Plenty of books to read. The pool area was nice as well. Our only disappointment was there was no balcony to sit out on and look at the ocean.

Excellent getaway

John the owner was excellent to deal with. He is very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The property is a short walk from a private beach. It is a very quite area if you want to disconnect from life. The place has everything you could need and more. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles but definitely one of the cleanest place I have stayed in. Thanks for a great vacation celebrating being Cancer free.

Great get Away

Had a great time. Enjoyed the beach, however, we were a bit upset with the guest from the condos next door taking over beach area and leaving beach items on the beach overnights. We understand this is not the fault of Surf Club but felt it is something that needs to be looked into. Looking at a possible stay next year with more extended family.

Family Summer Vacation

My parents were able to travel with me on vacation this year so I was looking for a very quiet and convenient location that had plenty of amenities along with access to a beach and pool. The property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for and we had a wonderful time. The overall area is easy to access and only had short walks to the pool/beach. Inside, the space was well used and rooms were sized appropriately so we did not feel like we were on top of one another. The owner was responsive to any questions I had in advance of the visit so our stay was very enjoyable.

Great for our Stay

Our son had a national tennis tournament in Mobile so we decided to make it a family vacation. The drive was very easy each day and it was nice to have a beach and pool to relax at after a long day of tennis. Meet our needs perfectly.

Last Minute Vacation

We were very Thankful to have come across this rental last minute, due to a cancellation. It was a great location, clean property with a pool and a private beach. Dauphin Island is a great location to enjoy a beach w/o the congestion other areas have during the summer. We recommend this rental to others!

Great Location

The condo is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all, compared to other beaches, and we were there over the 4th of July. Condo was spacious, had all the necessities and well stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer was definitely a bonus. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, pool noodles were available for use also. Saltwater pool was nice and never crowded. Condo could use some upgrades, beds were not the most comfortable. There was plenty of room for or small kids to move around and play. Overall a good, relaxing stay!

Great stay

First stay on Dauphin island and will definitely be back. John is incredible with communication and even came by with a bike pump when we told him the bikes were flat. Quick walk to the beach which was quiet. Watch out for those No SeeEm bugs, they will get you! Great open floor plan and lots of room. Could use a few updates but nothing that will hamper your stay. Lots of kitchen supplies, but not a lot of room to store kitchen items you brought.

Great condo!

Very roomy condo very close to beach, beach chairs, cart and umbrella great and very helpful. Location very quiet and not crowded at least in October. Just what we were looking for.

I built a home next door and had always admired the layout of the complex and the amenities it offered. It also offered an overflow option with my house - and my house could offer the overflow option to it as well. Very happy with my decision.
