The fully equipped kitchen features a spacious island, perfect for prepping meals or enjoying casual moments together. The dining table seats four comfortably, with two additional stools at the island for easy mornings or laid-back evenings. Start your day with complimentary Drip and K-cup coffee, hot chocolate pods, flavored creamers, and sweeteners—all provided for your convenience.

Need to work remotely? A dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair and desk is tucked between the kitchen and dining area, making it easy to stay connected when needed.

The serene master bedroom offers peaceful aspen views, a Smart TV, and direct access to a private patio—ideal for sipping morning coffee or relaxing under the stars with your pup by your side. Step outside to enjoy the patio seating or fire up the grill, with a backup propane tank provided for convenience. The en-suite bathroom invites you to unwind with a deep soaking tub and a spacious stand-up shower.

The guest bedroom is perfect for families or groups, featuring a double-over-double bunk bed and a Smart TV for entertainment. The adjacent guest bathroom can be locked off to create a private en-suite, offering added privacy and comfort.

You’ll also enjoy thoughtful touches like an in-unit laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent provided. After a day of mountain adventures with your four-legged friend, grab a spa towel from the front entry closet and soak in one of two community hot tubs—one just across the lot and the other tucked beside a peaceful creek—offering the perfect way to relax and take in the crisp alpine air.

When it’s time to explore, the free Lift shuttle stop is conveniently located just across the street, providing complimentary, stress-free transportation to and from Winter Park.

Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with multiple overflow areas nearby to accommodate additional vehicles with ease.

This condo comfortably sleeps six guests, and if you’re traveling with a larger group, we can host up to six more guests in the pet-friendly unit just above—ideal for group getaways, family reunions, or multi-family vacations.

Guests have full access to the entire home, excluding one owner-designated closet (the master closet).

When booking this property, Mirá Stays requires a non-refundable damage waiver of $35 plus tax to help protect both guests and property owners.

This property is not equipped with air conditioning. Open up the windows and let the fresh mountain air flow through. 

Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that Chain and Traction Laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you are comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Granby Ranch is a premier year-round destination for adventure seekers and nature enthusiasts. In winter, it offers ski-in/ski-out access just steps from your door. With wide trails, Granby Ranch Ski Resort is ideal for beginners, providing a relaxed atmosphere compared to larger resorts. For more extensive skiing and snowboarding, Winter Park/Mary Jane is just 15 minutes away, easily reached by car or the hourly bus from Silvercreek that drops off directly at the lift.



As the seasons change, Granby Ranch transforms into a hub for summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and golfing. The 18-hole golf course, extensive trail network, and breathtaking mountain views make it an ideal setting for outdoor fun. Anglers can enjoy fly fishing along three private miles of the Fraser River (catch-and-release, artificial lures only), while nearby lakes—including Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grand Lake—offer opportunities for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and even ice fishing in winter.



Guests also have access to The Ranch House amenities, just a 3-minute drive away. The Ranch House features a cozy lobby with a fireplace, a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, locker rooms, and a family room with a changing station. Enjoy ping-pong, foosball, classic board games, and books for both kids and adults. Access is available with a $15 day pass (children 8 and under are free) at Ranch Hall, using a reservation confirmation with the address.



For those looking to explore beyond Granby Ranch, the Fraser-to-Granby Trail offers a scenic route through the valley, while Rocky Mountain National Park is just a 30-minute drive away, providing even more hiking, wildlife viewing, and outdoor experiences.



Convenience is a priority, with City Market only 5-minutes away, making it easy to stock up on groceries and essentials throughout your stay.



Additionally, an EV Charging Station is located within walking distance to downtown Granby, offering charming shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
