Located within the desirable Abbey Springs community on the lake’s southern shore, guests will get to enjoy an abundance of onsite amenities such as the private beach, pools, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and onsite dining venues. Getting to all these amenities is easy breezy courtesy of your very own golf cart. The home is backed up to the 5th hole of the championship Abbey Springs golf course, where you can play round after incredible round surrounded by the lush, forested scenery. You’ll also be conveniently located for quick trips to and from Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake, a popular destination for locals and tourists alike offering boutique shopping, numerous eateries, and outdoor recreation experiences. Indoors or out, there will never be a dull moment spent here in gorgeous Lake Geneva!



Stepping into the home, you’ll find inviting spaces filled with abundant natural lighting and comfortable furnishings. The soaring ceilings over the open and airy floorplan create a grand space for entertaining and creating memorable moments together. The spacious living room offers ample sofa and armchair seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite family movie. From here, head into the dining room where an elegant table can seat 8 for formal meals and exciting game nights alike. Next, it’s onto the kitchen large enough to accommodate a crowd, fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, and dining ware needed for the chef among you to whip up delicious homecooked family style meals. The extended counter space with high-top seating for 5 is perfect for quick bites or serving up a full spread of afternoon appetizers, or you can enjoy a full breakfast with your morning cup of coffee at the nearby breakfast nook table with seating for 6. On the home’s walk-out lower level, a second living space allows the group to spread out and enjoy their own entertainment, with sofa seating, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace. You’ll also find board games, a PS2, and foosball here for creating hours of competitive fun. The bar area on the walk-out lower level will serve as an ideal hangout spot for when you’re ready to mix up an evening beverage.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, deck access, and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.

• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 10 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.

• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.

• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• There is a security camera on one of the garage door openers monitoring the driveway.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
