Family size apartment with garden, steps to metro and Sacré-coeur Basilica!

Make yourself at home in this lovely apartment with a private garden (a rare find!), nested in the fabulous Montmartre artists' village of Paris. This apartment boasts a bedroom with a queen bed and a baby crib, as well was a cozy living room with 2 sofas beds. You can enjoy the convenience of amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, iron, and high-speed WiFi during your stay. It's perfectly located just steps to the metro so you can easily visit the city, and come back home to unwind after a day of exploring. Experience the magic of Paris at our apartment!

*** STAY IN A SPACIOUS GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENT!

The apartment is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and 1 baby.

• SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
There is private bedroom with a queen size bed, and a portable crib.
In the living room, there is a super confortable double-size sofa bed, as well as a single bed inside a nook that also converts into a queen size bed. Both areas have blackout curtains.

• KITCHEN:
The kitchen features a double induction cooktop, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster as well as all the necessary utensils to cook, dinnerware and glassware. You can enjoy your home cooked meal on the extendable dining table.


• BATHROOM:
There is one bathroom with a shower, a sink and a hair dryer, as well as a powder room with a separate toilet.


• MULTIMEDIA
The TV is not connected to any channels, but it has a Netflix account and an HDMI cable for your laptop. Also, the apartment is equipped with a fast fiber-optic wifi, and a multi-usb ports to charge your phones.

• LAUNDRY
You will find a free in-unit washer, a drying rack, an iron with its board. Laundry detergent is not provided. Also, there is a laundromat down the street.

• GARDEN
We are very lucky to have a private and fully fenced 40 sqm garden in the center of Paris. The backyard includes a terrace with a couple of tables, benches and chairs.

• HEATING and FANS:
3 wall-radiators and 3 portable fans

• FOR KIDS AND BABIES:
There is 1 full-size crib, 1 baby bath, 1 booster-seat, 1 changing pad, 1 baby cook, 1 white noise machine, as well as some plastic dinnerwares, bibs, toys and books.



*** THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
You will find everything you need at your doorstep, such as supermarkets, organic groceries, late-night convenient stores, pharmacies, ATM, delicious restaurants, bakeries, street food, coworking space and meeting rooms rental, yoga studio, etc.



*** GETTING AROUND:
You will get around Paris very easily with 2 nearby subway stations and 6 bus lines, all within 1 to 5 minutes walk. There is also a self-service e-bikes station right in front of our apartment. You can access all the main attractions easily and quickly. For example:
• The Place du Tertre and the Sacred-Heart Basilica of Montmartre is 10 minute by foot.
• The Louvre museum and the Tuileries' garden is 20 minutes by bike, or 30 minutes by métro.
• The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées Avenue is 20 minutes by bike or métro.

*** HOUSE RULES:
• Self check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out by 11am. You can book online a luggage storage located near my studio.
• No parties.
• No smoking (smoking allowed only in the garden)
• No pet
