A 10 minutos a pie de la ciudad (a 5 minutos a pie del hipódromo de Saratoga) y recientemente remodelado, esta unidad de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos en el primer piso está llena de encanto: encimeras de granito, duchas y pisos de azulejos italianos y madera dura en todo el hotel, cama King de látex orgánico , ducha de lluvia en el baño principal, patio / parrilla al aire libre, muebles de cuero de alta gama, estacionamiento privado fuera de la calle (posiblemente para 2 autos), patio privado y tranquilo. Cocina completamente equipada y baños provistos.

NOTA: PARA LA TEMPORADA DE PISTA DE SARATOGA (del 19 de julio al 5 de septiembre): PREFERIMOS ALQUILAR PARA TODA LA TEMPORADA, POR FAVOR PREGUNTE ANTES DE ENVIAR UNA SOLICITUD DE RESERVA. Saratoga trip

Very well located. Easy access to track (though we were there off season) and downtown. Quick easy access to capital region and lake George and all points north for day trips. Had small issue with drier but host was very responsive and problem was remedied with issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Updated Home in Ideal Location

I stayed here with my sons for a couple nights while we checked out the area and had a college visit. The home is located on a quiet street near the racetrack and a short walk to downtown. It is updated and well kept. Mark, the owner, provided excellent communication and everything during our visit was seamless and easy. I would definitely stay here again as it is an easy walk to many restaurants, shops, and parks. I’ve stayed at 12 VRBO rentals and this was easily one of the nicest with the most helpful owner. Thanks, Mark.

Great location, great space

The property was true to the listing and the location was great! Communication was excellent and Mark was very welcoming and accommodating. The information given before check-in was very thorough and clear.

Great neighborhood and walkable.

This was a good location for us to walk to everything on Broadway and watch the horses practice in the morning. Restaurant à. Riss the street and lots nearby writing will return. Soon.

Nice house, Great girls' weekend

We stayed here for a girls' weekend. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we could need/want. We were able to walk or drive to town depending on our time and the temperature but both were easy. Mark was a terrific and responsive host! Thank you!

Everything as advertised

We very much enjoyed our weekend stay in Saratoga, and everything for this house was just as advertised. The communication was quick and frequent, and the house itself had everything we needed. We could walk to the downtown area in about 20 minutes, and the neighborhood we were in was clean and quiet.

The location was perfect. Very walkable neighborhood.

House was very well equipped. The location is excellent. We could walk to many activities and it was close to highway for driving trips. We had everything we needed. Mark was helpful with local info and answered all of my questions promptly.

Nice spot in a perfect location

This is the first floor of a house in a quiet neighborhood, an easy walk to the race course and to the shops, restaurants and bars on Broadway. The property was spotless inside and out and Mark was a welcoming host that made the long weekend an easy one for us. 3 BR, 2 well-appointed bathrooms, very nice kitchen and a patio in back. Perfect place to relax and enjoy Saratoga Springs.

Great location

Great location

This is not your typical sterile rental filled with Ikea gear. It's a charming full lower floor of a house that has been nicely updated. I looked at a lot of rentals online in Saratoga, this was one of the nicest for the price. Very easy walk to Congress Park and Broadway. Grocery/drugstore are a short drive. If you want more traditional shopping Target/Wal-Mart are about a 10 min drive. Window AC units kept the bedrooms cool, plus beds are super comfy. Living room AC unit works well, but is a little loud if you're watch TV/movies. WiFi was great, no drops. Some of the owners personal items are in the closets. If you're staying for more than a week and need storage space mention it, I'm sure they would be happy to move some items. There is a step down in the kitchen to go outside, it might be concerning if you have smaller children or for distracted adults. Overall great place and the owner was very friendly and helpful !

Great place in a great town!

Great place for a wonderful family Thanksgiving

Stayed here for a family reunion and Thanksgiving. The place is very comfortable and clean. EJ and Mark are wonderful owners who met us and were very responsive to all our needs. Easy walk into town although one of the coldest Thanksgiving I can remember. We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. Will come again. Many thanks.

Perfect location!

We had a spectacular weekend staying in this lovely apartment. We parked the car and didn't use it again until we were leaving. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. Mark was easy to work with and very helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Great location, great value, great owner...

Did I mention we had a great time?!! Mark took care of us with genuine to ensure all was good....he succeeded! Place is close to Broadway (main street) as well as to the race track. Super location, quiet area, close to anything we wanted to do. Thanks for a great weekend.

Great property, owner, and location!

We decided to spend NYE in Saratoga and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Close to downtown (and even closer to the track for race season), this property is filled with charm and great finishes. The beds and linens were cozy, the bathrooms super clean and well renovated, and the little touches were great (the owner knew we were coming in late and had eggs, bread, and milk in the fridge for us so we'd be set for breakfast the next morning). We highly recommend this property for a great weekend or vacation in Saratoga!

Our house has many unique touches, including an organic latex King-size bed in Master with his/hers sides (so you can't feel each other move at night), a rustic barn door and rain shower in the Master bath, high-end Schafer Bros. leather couch and wing-back chairs, a three-season sun room that opens to living room through French doors. It is our home, so we've made it as comfortable as possible.
