Brand new construction farmhouse that is beautifully situated along the well-known Mountaintown Creek! With this creekside retreat you can enjoy privacy while only being 10 minutes from Downtown Ellijay! This is the perfect home for a relaxing couple’s getaway or a fun-filled family retreat!

Living Room:
The living room is the perfect spot for relaxing and entertaining! Cozy up around the gas fireplace (available approx. end of November-March) play a board game, read a book, or watch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV (Youtube TV available or log into your favorite streaming services) Enjoy other modern amenities like Fiber Internet, Wifi, and AC/Heat.

Kitchen:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need for your stay! State of the art appliances, pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, Keurig (bring your favorite pods), dishware, wine glasses, etc.

Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom is situated with a king memory foam bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, dresser storage, and Smart TV. Attached is the primary bathroom that offers a tile walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, vanity desk, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and hair dryer.

Secondary Bedroom:
The secondary bedroom offers a queen memory foam bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, dresser storage, and Smart TV. Guests can use the secondary bathroom which includes a tub shower.

Upstairs Loft:
The perfect spot to lounge and hang out! Or use the desk for a quiet place to get some work done!

Back Porch:
The screened in porch is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sounds of the creek. Relax on the outdoor furniture, or soak in the hot-tub as you enjoy views of the rippling creek!

Fire Pit Area:
Scroll off the back porch to the fire pit area while still enjoying the creek! This outdoor area offers a fire pit, charcoal grill (bring your own wood and charcoal), and 4 adirondack chairs. Enjoy the sounds and views of the creek, or enjoy a game of corn hole (boards provided).

Creek Access:
Guests have access to the creek. Yes, there is trout fishing!! It is Catch and Release Only (bring your poles and you will need a GA fishing & trout license and must abide by state regulations).

Walking/ Hiking Trails:
Guests have access to a on property mile long hiking trail that ends at a creekside oasis!

Laundry Room:
The laundry room offers a washer, dryer, and steamer that guests can use while they stay.

2 dishwasher pods, 2 TIDE laundry pods, 1 small dish soap, small hand soaps at each sink, 4 Keurig coffee pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 kitchen trash bags, 2 bathroom trash bags per bathroom. Please make sure you bring
more of these items if needed!
