Perfect family retreat and I can not recommend it highly enough! This was our second stay here and it is a gem! The first time it was a last minute booking in a pinch that we just found on VRBO. But when the kids heard we were going back this time they cheered! The view is absolutely beautiful with a porch to sit on and view it or 3 huge windows to enjoy the view from inside. This was the perfect stay for our clan. The open concept allowed us to all hang out together to visit our adult child and grandbaby and even with 7 teens/preteens, my husband and I, we were not crowded or on top of each other. Board games for young and old alike were provided to keep us busy the entire stay in this wonderfully laid out cabin. The bunk wall is so fun with room up top for the teens to sit and hang out and the trundle beds below the bottom beds are the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. They slid out and could easily be rolled to wherever you wanted them. The kitchen provided everything we needed for home cooked meals. The rustic decor is gorgeous. All the fluffy towels we needed, extra bedding in the closet, clean and extremely comfortable stay at a GREAT rate. The host is extremely easy to contact and gracious. Our kids and my husband and I LOVE this place!!! If you are looking for an overnight stay just passing through or a perfect getaway with beauty, peace and quiet, then this is THE place to go for one person or 10. And again, the VIEW! Perfect hospitality in a beautiful setting.
