🛶 Au Canot Volant

Water sports center offering canoeing and kayaking on the Rivière L'Assomption, with guided or self-guided options. ⏱️ Approximately 5 minutes from your cottage.



Parc Louis-Philippe-De-Grandpré (Less than 10 minutes)

this park offers 15 km of mountain bike trails in summer and 15 km of fatbike trails in winter, suitable for all levels



Pourvoirie Coin Lavigne (21 minutes)

this outfitter offers eight lakes for trout fishing and also offers snowmobile rentals.



Festival Saint-Côme en glace (10 minutes)

Every winter, this festival features over 150 ice sculptures along Rue Principale, creating a magical atmosphere.



Val Saint-Côme tourist resort (Less than 5 minutes)

This resort offers 36 downhill ski trails, eight of which are lit at night, as well as natural glades and a snow park area.



🌊 Chute-à-Bull regional park

This park offers hiking trails leading to an 18-metre waterfall, panoramic lookouts and interpretive panels on local history. Since July 2024, a bat cave has been accessible to visitors. ⏱️ About 10 minutes from your cottage.



🐕 Kinadapt - Rawdon

Dog sledding and cani-kart experiences, suitable for all levels. ⏱️ Approximately 30 minutes from your cottage.

Security deposit

A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. The amount is $1,000. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement. Thank you for your understanding.



Rules for Dog Friendly

We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our autorisation.

๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.

๏ One dog only

๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.

๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized

๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.

๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.

๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.

๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)
