Welcome to mountain luxury in our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that is perfect for a weekend getaway or a family vacation. Nestled in the Trillium Links and Lake Club neighborhood surrounded by hemlocks, and pines, our two-story home has the best that Cashiers, North Carolina has to offer.
With a beautiful, screened porch and waterfall feature this home is perfect for cozy evenings and gatherings in all seasons. For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with top-of-the-line kitchen, bath and living appliances. Both the living area and the porch offer gas fireplaces that turn on with the flip of a switch creating an ideal mountain ambiance. Enjoy direct access to nearby hiking trails, and the option for Lake Glenville amenities, golf, tennis, and pickleball - perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The perfect blend of comfort and nature, making it a retreat for both relaxation and adventure.
| THE LOCATION |
Located in Trillium Village with convenient access to Lake Glenville (5 minutes), downtown Cashiers (10 minutes), and downtown Highlands (25 minutes). All roads to the home are paved and well-maintained. The home is located a short .2 mile walk to 2 different hiking trails, one featuring a small waterfall and the other leading along a creek to the banks of Lake Glenville. Perfect for a morning walk, and kid friendly hiking.
| ABOUT TRILLIUM LINKS AND LAKE CLUB |
Guests have optional access to Trillium Links and Lake Club amenities for an additional fee, which is paid by the guest to Trillium directly upon arrival. The amenity fee covers all the guests staying at the house. *April - November: $50/day or $200/week. Summer amenities include golf (guest responsible for cart/green fees), indoor gym, indoor and outdoor tennis, outdoor pool, outdoor pickleball and croquet, lakefront activities (boats, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards) and dining. Please confirm open amenities for your stay prior to booking. *December - March: $10/day or $50/week. The only amenity available in the winter is the Apple Orchard Park (indoor gym, indoor tennis, and indoor sauna).

*The main level of the house features: - Open living room with indoor gas fireplace, Smart TV (for access to YouTube TV, Amazon prime video, Netflix, etc.) - High-Speed Wi-Fi throughout the house makes the house a great place to work remotely. We can make Zoom/Teams video calls, FaceTime, stream TV, etc. - Large, screened porch with table for 4 and lounge seating for 4, outdoor gas fireplace and propane grill - propane provided. - Open concept dining room with seating for six. - Fully stocked kitchen with Bosch appliances (Regular drip coffee maker, and Keurig) - Laundry – washer and dryer (detergent provided) - Kids Bear Bedroom with removable gate at entrance. Twin bed with trundle bed, books, games, bean bag and toys included - Full Bathroom – shower/bathtub
**The upper level of the house features: - 2 Queen Bedrooms with hanging closets - Full Bathroom (2 sinks with walk-in shower) - Master Bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, office working space, loveseat, full 2 sink bathroom with walk-in shower - Baby gates provided to use as needed for the stairs

Parking for 3 cars is available in our private driveway. On our front porch, enjoy bird watching galore (bird seed provided), and breathtaking views of numerous hemlocks, and pines. In our side yard you may meet a deer or two by the bird houses. In our backyard you get to enjoy listening to the sound of our waterfall feature. The screened-in porch off the back of the house also offers the opportunity to breathe in fresh mountain air with a dining table, kids table and a grill. With plenty of privacy, you will also enjoy walking our street admiring Trillium homes, we love our neighbors and I know you will too!

*We offer contact-less check-in and a detailed welcome package *We have a professional cleaning company that cleans and disinfects the entire home after each stay *We have cleaning supplies and antibacterial cleaning wipes under every sink for guests and antibacterial soap for hand washing. *We highly encourage removing shoes when entering the property.

Had a great time at Bee's Knees. The house was wonderful, especially the large living/dining area, screened porch and front porch. Very private and comfortable beds. The hosts have very organized information about the house and things to do in the area.

Family Vacation
We had a great stay, in a beautiful, well stocked, very clean , mountain home. There were 4 adults, and two grandchildren, ages 6,& 8. Games for little ones and lots of books were an extra surprise in the home. Check in was easy, communication with hosts was great, Location was close to Cashiers, in a great neighborhood. Lots of activities nearby and plenty of places to eat. Something for everyone! We will definitely go back!! Thank you for sharing your home!

We rented in Trillium Links and Lake Club for years, and decided we love it enough to make a home here. Whether it be hiking Rainbow Falls, eating at Happ's Place, swimming in the Trillium pool or playing Garden Golf..
