Step into this cozy, Friends-themed retreat, inspired by Joey and Chandler’s iconic New York apartment! This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath upstairs apartment is the perfect getaway for fans of the show, featuring all the comforts you need for a relaxing and fun stay.

The Space
Relax in the two leather recliners that come complete with drink holders—perfect for lounging and binging your favorite episodes. Take a break from TV with our commercial-grade foosball table—just like Joey and Chandler’s legendary matches! There’s even a mini-fridge for easy access to snacks and beverages while you unwind.

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed with plush mattress toppers, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

This unit has a 1.5 bathroom. The main area includes a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combination, covering all standard bathroom needs. This is the “full” part of the 1.5 bath setup and is equipped with a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your convenience.

Secondary Half Bath (Connected): Adjacent to the main bathroom, there is a separate half-bath that has only a sink and a toilet. This half-bath might share a door with either the main bathroom or an adjoining room, allowing easier access for multiple guests without waiting on the full bath.

This connected layout offers a bit of privacy, especially when multiple people are sharing the space. Guests can use the toilet or sink in the half bath while someone else showers in the main bathroom, reducing congestion during busy times.

The kitchen is fully stocked, including spices and cooking oils, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals. Whether you're cooking breakfast or a midnight snack, you’ll feel right at home.

Located just 2 minutes from I-84 and less than 10 minutes to downtown Boise, you’ll have easy access to all the sights, shops, and restaurants Boise has to offer.
-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house
-Please pick up after your pet
