Aloha a nuestro Hale 'Olu'Olu, nuestro condominio de 2 niveles y 2 baños con 3 habitaciones, seguramente te hará sentir como en casa. Este es un gran hogar para familias numerosas o grupos.

El Waikoloa Colony Villa está a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Kona y a un corto trayecto en coche del mercado de Queens y de las tiendas de los reyes.

Ubicada en el mundialmente famoso Waikoloa Beach Resort, nuestra moderna y privada casa de campo en Hawái ofrece vistas panorámicas del campo de golf, las impresionantes montañas y es un viaje corto a la playa, tiendas, restaurantes y hoteles de clase mundial.  El diseño es muy espacioso 1800 pies cuadrados, distribuidos en dos plantas. Los tres dormitorios con 2 baños están en el 2do nivel.  El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana, balcón, baño alicatado con bañera y ducha separadas.  Los otros dos dormitorios están equipados con una cama queen size y el otro dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales.  Ya sea que lea, se relaje con la música o disfrute del hermoso entorno tropical que lo rodea, la comodidad es nuestra prioridad.

Hay pisos de madera y baldosas en todo el nivel principal que hacen que el espacio sea muy amigable para la playa. La cocina espaciosa tiene un montón de espacio de granito en el mostrador y asientos de bar y un cómodo comedor.  Paso a nuestro amplio salón. Hay una sala de polvo, así como un garaje adjunto para uso de nuestros huéspedes.

Nuestra casa está cargada de características; 3 televisores, cable, internet de alta velocidad, A / C, techo de la sala de estar de 19 pies de altura, otro lanai privado, ventiladores de techo y una sala de lavandería. Wifi gratuito está incluido.

El condominio está equipado con sillas de playa, toallas de playa, sombrillas y refrigeradores para usar durante su estadía.

Esta unidad se encuentra a pocos pasos de la sala de ejercicios, la piscina y las barbacoas comunitarias. 

"A-Bay" se encuentra a poca distancia en automóvil de nuestra casa, o si desea aventurarse en la famosa "Playa Hapuna", está a solo 14 minutos de distancia.  Estas son playas de arena con agua clara y limpia que son perfectas para bucear, nadar y tomar el sol, o para pasear por la noche con increíbles puestas de sol.

Si el golf es lo tuyo, Waikoloa Beach Resort tiene un campo de clase mundial para que juegues y disfrutes.

Este es un condominio fabuloso, en una ubicación conveniente que le permitirá experimentar todo lo que Big Island tiene para ofrecer mientras disfruta de todas las comodidades del hogar. ¡Esperamos que elija pasar su estancia en Big Island con nosotros!

Great location, great condo!

We appreciated having three bedrooms upstairs with the main floor downstairs so people awake earlier could be separate from the people still sleeping. The full kitchen was really helpful for our week and the laundry in the condo meant I could pack lighter. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Well maintained villa love it!

Actual interior is prettier than listing pictures. Pros: Location. High end villa in waikoloa resort area, short drive to beaches. Lots of rooms. High ceiling living room, 3 bedrooms good for family. AC works very well. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer. Free access to pool. Cons: A little hard to find the parking spot and entrance first time. Tv can be updated. Other thoughts: Stairs and second floor has carpet. It is managed professionally, you can avoid fees by go directly to them.

Great House

The house looks better in person than the pics online. The house was very close to the pool which also had 2 BBQ's so we cooked steaks one night while enjoying the pool. The house was located close to our favorite spots like the Hilton Lagoon, Tropics resturant and shopping.

The communication was awesome! Loved the size of the property, supplies and amenities. The only kitchen utensil not stocked was a vegetable peeler, oh well! Disinfectant cleaners were appreciated also. We found the pools quite cold, but the hot tub was fantastic. Really loved this place!

LUVA - HALE 'OLU'OLU

We really enjoyed the vast amount of living space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner. The property was very quiet and close to one of the pools. Morning coffee on the patio was a highlight, the morning sun and view of the golf coarse was a great way to start each day. Will stay here again for a future trip if the property is available.

Nice property. Great location. Basic finishes. Good price. Good neighborhood

The Living Room TV is smaller than my computer monitor. Maybe about 20 inches. We wanted to watch some football games, but just watched on our laptop, as it was easier to see the players. Overall thumbs up, but a larger TV would be a great addition!

Great Location

Location was great. Master bath shower looked like it had moldy grout, did not use it. Master king bed very, very firm not comfortable great view overlooking golf course, no TV. Queen bed was very comfy as well as the twin beds. Got there late at night, thought was turning A/C on controls downstairs, instead was light bank next to stairs to sunken living room, stepped away and fell down the two steps to living room floor, started off vacation hurting and then bed not comfortable had 4 king pillows but only 2 had pillowcases. Could have used more towels had to keep washing, was nice to have washer and dryer. The A/C had a 4-hour timer, thought it would be hot when it went off but as long as you had on ceiling fans it was comfortable. Parking spots were very close together the one for this unit was right by landscaping had to stop and let right side passengers out so wouldn’t be walking in landscaping. Had nice BBQ grills to use, very clean, nice pool, only thing you had to have a key to get in or out and if you didn’t go together you had to get someone in your party to let you in. The kitchen was large the only drawback was the skillets had seen their better days, Teflon coating coming off, needed a baking sheet and a oblong baking dish otherwise plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. it was nice to have plastic ones so the kids didn’t have to worry about breaking a dish. Very nice large refrigerator, stove was ok, however the microwave was mounted so high up it was hard for adults to rematch the controls. The lanai had access from the kitchen or the living room, it was very private but you could still feel the breezes and had a small opening to go through to get to the yard. If you don’t like a lot of stairs, this condo isn’t for you, bedrooms were upstairs. It was convenient to have a powder room downstairs. There were ample chairs and play things to take to the beach or pool. People were very friendly, wish it hadn’t rained as much as it did and then the CoronaVirus put a damper to our stay but that’s not the condo’s fault. The furniture was very nice and tropical, it could just use some TLC. It was priced very competitively and we were able to pay for a later checkout. Love Hawaii.

The living room was 2 steps down with no markings! You had to pay attention or you could slip and fall. Unsafe in my opinion. The tv’s and internet were horrible!! No tv in master bedroom. The other 2 rooms had computer screens and they didn’t work!! Otherwise it was a great vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had absolutely no problem with LUVA. The house was clean and had all we needed except for the kitchen. It looked like it had been equipped from the local thrift store and was lacking basics like a vegetable peeler, cookie sheets, casserole dishes. Maybe that’s not an issue for most renters but we like to cook at home.We did appreciate the beach chairs and boogie boards. For renters with small children there were lots of buckets and spades. We were also disappointed with the lani. It was small, just enough room for a dining table and 4 chairs, and was surrounded by high shrubs so you could not enjoy the view of the golf course. We liked the convenience of being close to one of the pools but we missed not having easy access to a view of the water.

Great property, unit lacked some amenities

Overall rating: 3.5. This unit is located in a spectacular development. Two pools, tennis court, on the golf course, and very quiet. A very peaceful and relaxing stay. Pros: The unit itself was very clean and well furnished. We had a late flight out and had no problem securing a late checkout. Property manager was very responsive. Cons: As a family of 6 with several food allergies, we are required to cook, a lot. Unfortunately the kitchen was not well stocked with cooking equipment (pots, pans, etc). Also the wifi frequently cut out requiring us to reconnect every hour or two. There were also a minimum number of bath towels. For a family of six on a two-week stay, this required frequent laundering.

The place was clean, well stocked and centrally located with easy access to some of the best beaches in the world. Adriana was incredibly helpful and when there was an issue with the gate code she took care of it ASAP. Our stay was stress free and relaxing as a result of her attention to our needs. I would definitely recommend this rental and will stay here again in the future!!
