This home offers self-check-in, and amazing amenities including: private 1 car garage, in-unit laundry, dedicated workspace and HOA jacuzzi.

About the Space:
This inviting 2-story townhome is a warm and comfortable space perfect for enjoying all the year-round activities in Mammoth Lakes!
This 1395 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2 bath home feels so nice, warm, and spacious – it has a beautiful open living, kitchen and dining area with gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout. The living room offers plenty of seating with a large sectional couch, with pullout sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV with smart features, and gas burning fireplace. The newly updated galley style kitchen comes fully stocked making a great space to cook a delicious meal - it has new stainless-steel appliances, and solid quartz countertops. Next to the kitchen is a nice sized dining room table with seating for 6. Off the main living area is a private deck overlooking the stunning scenery; the deck offers a private BBQ and seating area.
The first bedroom is located off the main living area offers a queen-sized bed, TV, closet, and private deck overlooking the complex meadow and aspen trees. The upgraded full bath is located just off the hall with large solid quartz vanity area and quartz tub/shower. The primary bedroom is located downstairs on the first floor of the home. It offers a queen-sized bed with walk-in closet and dresser space, TV, private patio, and ensuite bathroom. There is also a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. The primary bathroom has a nice double vanity with solid quartz countertops and beautifully remodeled walk-in shower.
In the downstairs hallway is private, in-unit laundry room. The single-car garage is large enough to fit your car and store all of your summer and winter activity equipment.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 shampoo/body wash, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.
This townhome is a wonderful place to call “home” during your Mammoth vacation!
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire 2 story townhome.
There is one HOA jacuzzi available to all guests staying at Snowcreek V.
Private 1 car garage with storage space and private BBQ, stocked with free propane.
There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property. One vehicle may fit in the garage, the other in the driveway and/or overflow spaces in the complex.
Other details to note:
Please take your shoes off in the home and store all equipment in garage and gear in the entryway.
Additional Rules:
Please make note of the following unit/complex rules:
- No pets allowed
- No smoking
- No parties or events: Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM (per town ordinance).
- Only use provided striped spa towels; do not leave towels in spa area – bring back to the unit!
- No glass at the spa area.
- Seasonally, (generally May - November bears are active! Do not leave any food or scented items in your vehicles. We cannot be responsible for vehicle damage due to bears and other wildlife.
