**No smoking of any kind, including cannabis and vaping, and any illicit drugs in unit and patio, anywhere on the grounds and property
**DOGS MUST BE SMALL TO MEDIUM AND PHOTO MUST BE PROVIDED
**Must disclose all people staying at unit
**Pet fee applies $3.5 per night, per pet
**Lost keys/fobs $200 Each
**Parties $500 fine
**Respect the neighbors
**Must sign form K for strata for fire and flood emergencies
**Ordering of pay-per-view / on-demand programs will be charged accordingly
**No kids running around in hallways, respect the noise with neighbors
