The beach is steps away, as well as restaurants and boat ramp. There is also a park and basketball court to enjoy. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles, and an EV outlet in the driveway.

Step up to the full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms conveniently on one floor.
Listen to the seagulls while you drink your morning coffee on the patio.

Oakland Beach is a nice walkable neighborhood featuring several restaurants, including everyone`s favorite Iggy`s! There is plenty of beach access on all three sides, and several place for your to drop a kayak in or go fishing. Down the street there is also a skate park, and the city has recently built a playground and splash pad.

Grocery store, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and several other restaurants are all within 2 miles.

Oakland Beach is often the site for Memorial Day and 4th of July fireworks, carnivals, car shows, and food truck nights throughout the summer.
