La Joya Cuarzo Rosa - Walk to Beach
5-minute walk to Playa Peladas, local shops and restaurants and 20-minute walk to Playa Guiones.
Open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, fully equipped granite-top kitchen, cooled by fans/AC. Living spaces open to private terraza with jungle garden view. Beyond there`s a shared saltwater pool, rancho, grill, pizza oven, and outdoor shower.
Two wireless internet providers, with power backup, perfect for remote working. We have 24/7 security, a water treatment system and a large back up water tank.
You`ll enter the house into a spacious living area. The kitchen is a travelling chef`s dream. Further into the house you`ll find the bathroom and bed area with a queen bed and a washer/dryer. The house is equipped with A/C, fans, and high speed internet with redundancy and UPS for your work away from home needs.
The private patio has a dining table with seating for 4 and 2 lounge chairs that interface with the shared pool and rancho. The rancho has an outdoor kitchen, dining table and lounge chairs. Perfect for relaxing by the pool or sharing a meal.
The rancho and pool and gardens are shared with the other rental units.
There is secure private parking for one vehicle per unit. Additional vehicles may be accommodated by advanced request.
Quiet neighborhood. Dead-end residential street. 5 min walk to beach and restaurants/shopping.
There is nearby construction as is the case in much of Nosara. The construction crews work 6 am - 5 pm 6-7 days per week.
All registered guests have access to the property through an entry gate, and to the unit itself. Just inside the gate is an area for parking bicycles, quads golf carts, and cars. Tuk tuks are easily available to take you where you want to go.
JUNGLE LIFE
We live in the jungle and all kinds of wildlife can enter your casita, mostly insects. Please know this is part of life in our special slice of Paradise. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
ABOUT NOSARA INFRASTRUCTURE
While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these outages are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available from your cellular provider.
WATER
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
INSURANCE
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 6 am
Also note that our regular check in hours are between the hours of 2pm-6:30pm and check outs are on or before 10:00am. For check-ins between 6:30pm and 9:30pm a $50 payment will be payable to the person that meets you at the house. We are sorry, but we do not accept check-ins after 9:30pm.
