The Space:

A stay at All Decked Out at Abbey Springs is simply the cherry on top, a luxurious 2-bedroom condo in a premier resort community perched right along the lake’s southern shores.



Abbey Springs is renowned for its stunning location, providing breathtaking views that change with the seasons and an abundance of amenities such as a private beach, pools, fitness center, clubhouse with tons of games, tennis and pickleball courts, and onsite dining venues. The heart of the community is the championship golf course, a meticulously designed haven for golf enthusiasts. Immerse yourself in the lush greenery and challenging fairways while enjoying the fresh lake breeze – a golfer's paradise with a view! Beyond the home, you will also be conveniently located for easy day and evening trips to the charming nearby village of Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake, a popular destination for tourists and locals alike with its boutique shopping, numerous eateries, and outdoor recreation experiences.



The home gets its name from its spacious upper-level deck, the perfect spot for sunbathing, sipping on a refreshing cocktail, and simply breathing in the fresh lake air while you lose yourself in the pages of a good book. On the lower-level deck, gather around the outdoor table for al fresco dining!



Heading indoors, bright and modern spaces provide much-needed rest and rejuvenation after long days adventuring in and around the lake, where everyone can spread out and find their own cozy corner. Sink into plush sofa seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The open floor plan flows you right into the stylish kitchen, where home cooked meals come to life with help from stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Gather the whole crew for formal dining at the circular table with seating for 6 or keep things casual up at the island on high-top stools for 4.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, deck access, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and deck access.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• For the 2026 season, there may be active construction at the lakefront (yacht club/restaurants, beach, etc.). Abbey Springs may limit or close lakefront amenities at any time. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking lot parking is available for 2 vehicles. Any additional cars may park at the clubhouse.

• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 10 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.

• Fire place not available for guest use. Pictured/present grill also not available for guest use.

• There is not a golf cart included with this home & Abbey Springs does not permit rental golf carts in the neighborhood.

• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

The golf and tennis professionals rate among the best in the Lake Geneva area, offering high-level junior lessons as well as adult leagues, lessons, drills, and events. Outdoor pool season is Memorial Day through Labor Day and offers recreational swimming and patio lounging.
