Great host. This worked ok for us, but the pictures look much better than the apartment. It had the bare essentials in the bathroom, the bedrooms are tiny with single beds in two and double in the third, and they were all pretty rickety. We were there in December when the weather was mid-thirties and had to keep the windows cracked a little bit, so it gets hot even with the heaters turned off. There was no air conditioning, which we did not need, but the summer would be brutal without it. The unit is on third floor and the steps are steep, narrow, and the treads are slanted to the left, so would be pretty tricky for anyone elderly to go up them, just a consideration. The location is good and a short walk to all cool things on the central east side and the south end of Central Park. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to sleep and ok with a Motel 6’ish vibe, then this is fine. If you need someplace where you can chill out, watch some TV while taking a break from the city, then this is not the best option.

Pictures of the apartment aren’t even close on how the apartment really looks. apartment was not stunning as the listing suggested. The furniture in the living room are very old, and worn. It needs some upgrading, as far as furniture to be more comfortable in the living room. The beds were not comfortable as well. Beds were too soft and lumpy in all the rooms. Sheets were clean In the bathroom, the shower mat needs to be replaced. It is yellow. The tub itself needs to be cleaner. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, only two rolls of toilet tissue. No extra personal care items. Example; Shampoo, conditioners, or soap.In the kitchen, there were no dish towels, no extra paper towels. In the week we were there we used the one roll of paper towels that was given to us. We went out and purchased an extra roll and extra toilet tissue. There were no instructions left how to use the TV or how to regulate the radiators. At times, it got very hot or very cold. But I have to say setting up the dates and leaving. There was good communication.

We had an amazing time and having a safe, comfortable place to stay added to the joy of our trip! The hosts were very responsive and stayed in consternation contact with us which we appreciated! They offered suggestions for us on things we were looking for and that was so great! Would 100% stay here again!

Our experience at this NYC rental was exceptional! The property was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, close to great dining, shopping, and easy access to public transportation. The host was attentive, courteous, and made check-in and check-out simple. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again on our next visit to New York City. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality stay in the heart of NYC!

Great location. 3 bedrooms. For NY I thought it was a great size unit. Clean. Safe. Quiet except street construction noise. Property management was quick to respond. Negatives - beds super uncomfortable, no wash clothes or hand towels. 5 towels total for for 5 people. No washer dryer.

Great Location

Great bang for your buck. Communication was great/prompt. We were there during a warm week, AC units were helpful but could have been more powerful. You can walk to a lot of great attractions. The street was relatively quiet for being in such a busy part of the city as well.

The 3 of us had overall a good stay at this apartment. Below is some feedback:Positives:-The apartment was spacious, clean and matched the pictures on the platform-The apartment is conveniently located to easily enjoy all of NYC-The host and co-host were responsive to our messagesNegatives:-We received the key lockbox code only few hours before we arrived which was stressful-Even though the apartment location was great, it didn’t correspond to the one showed on Abritel : not the same address, and we were warned by sms, which is contrary to the Abritel regulation-Hot water was sometimes quite long to come in the shower and the kitchen-Some bedsheets were stained, dirty, and the bed slats fell off when we sat on the beds-The WIFI didn’t work for 2 days, and we had to stay in the appartement while a Spectrum operator fixed it-The kitchen could have a few more utensils such a salad bowl, a tray and dishcloths, ladle for soup-The bathroom had no bathmatBut... we had a roof...

Great location, excellent communication

Great location for the price. We could walk easily to central park, Rockefeller plaza and Time Square. There were numerous places to eat within walking distance, including a Trader Joes and Whole Foods. The owners were exceptionally communicative, responding to text within minutes, and making every effort to accommodate our needs. The building is older and as such is not fancy. But that said, we had adequate space to prepare food, rest and hang out, the apartment was clean and I slept very well there. Would stay there again.

Great location and communication

location was amazing in midtown. Communication with the host is excellent. Would recommend to any and all staying in NYC. Stayed with wife and 3 kids and it was perfect for us.

The location was awesome with easy accessibility to the subway, restaurants, and attractions. Checking-in and out was as easy and host was responsive. Having three bedrooms was ideal for our family. We’d recommend to anyone visiting New York. With this prime location we wwre able to see all the sites on our list.
