The Cove at Spruce Hills is townhome neighborhood located just off of South Main Street and Greenhill Road in the south-central area of Cedar Falls. As you walk in the attached two-stall garage you enter into a small mudroom area attached to the modern galley-style kitchen. Beautiful custom cabinets with quartz countertops and new appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher). The main level of the home continues with a dining area and large living area with enough seating for the entire group!

Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms, all with large walk-in closets. Laundry facilities are located upstairs on the bedroom level as well. 2 bedrooms offer queen beds. One full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a large ensuite bathroom with oversized shower and large walk-in closet.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property! Always clean, and feels like a new home, plenty of towels, comfortable clean bedding, and the owner is very easy to work with! We will definitely stay her for future visits as our whole family, including my sons dog, has a space and bathroom of their own

Everything worked out well for our purposes, which was basically an overnight stay. Had we actually spent more time at the house, I think we would have found it was lacking in some things. It did seem light on supplies. No extra linens or towels. Had we been at full capacity, we would have needed more towels. It's a new build and felt very clean.

Convenient location. Kitchen and living room areas a bit to the r for 5 adults and 1 child. Beds are all King size and comfortable.Shower heads need to be replaced, sprayed all over. Condo was clean and plenty of towels. Our garbage bin was full on arrival with spoiled food which attracted bugs. Tried to get attention of property manager and finally was told in a text they would empty. Garbage never emptied. Fee charged for what we experienced was fair but don’t think we would choose to stay again.

Very nice accommodations and very clean. Check in and check out process was very easy. Worked out great as a landing place for family while in town for a wedding. Would definitely book again if needed.

Clean and comfortable, but there is room for improvement

New construction, felt very clean and king beds were great. Perfect for up to 6 people and in a good location. Having laundry is a perk for longer stays. Some odd quirks that aren’t necessarily deal breakers but could easily be improved for future guests: -Faulty toilet paper holders (loose and coming out of the wall!) -Shower curtain liner was so long we were practically tripping over it -A night stand on only one side of the bed-Stained towels -Small bedroom window needs a shade-GPS doesn’t take you to the correct unit given the address provided, nor does the listing clarify with better directions -Refrigerator water filter needed to be changed-No hooks to hang things or surface area to put luggage on besides the bedroom floors -Only one hair dryer to share between two bathrooms (and 6 people) doesn’t make sense The host seemed nice and was accommodating, which was appreciated. Unfortunately though, communication and responsiveness left a lot to be desired. It was very difficult to reach him. After weeks of following up and contacting customer support, I thought I was going to have to cancel the reservation (days before our stay) and dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The sheets in the one bedroom had a dried and sticky appearing stain to them. The couch had food crumbs on it.The kitchen towel had tomato appearing pieces on it.I emailed 3 days prior to check in asking if we could possibly get access to the property one hour earlier. No response.

Kentucky couple

Townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated on main floor. Listing showed master bedroom & bath on “primary floor”. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs & had we known this we wouldn’t have rented. For us a big problem was no drawers to put clothes in. Had to use suitcases. Closets were big and wonderful but no shelving. Had no garage pickup for 2 weeks ( we were there 3 weeks). Owner said he would take care of but it wasn’t in a timely manner. Hopefully this is taken care of now.

Good rest on our Long drive Home

We stayed here after driving 13 hours through South Dakota and Iowa. We each had our own room which made for a good night’s rest. The place was brand new & super clean.
