5 Bed, Pet Friendly Ranch w/King Bed, Hot Tub, Game Room and Fire Pit

Welcome to this charming house in Lancaster. We are close to all the Hocking Hills/ Lancaster area sites. Come stay and relax and enjoy the time together.

We are now accepting 2-night bookings with a refundable $250 Deposit.
Requests for 2 nights must be submitted as Inquiries.

This lovely property boasts 5 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 king bed. 4 of the 5 Bedrooms have TVs. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer and shower, guests will feel right at home. An additional living room space with a child bed provides extra comfort for families or groups.

We have a Game room set up to provide a place to enjoy fun time together. We have a reading area to offer a place to just sit and relax and enjoy a good book.
We also have this property listed on VRBO as a 3-Bed listing. So, if you just want to take the family away for the weekend, we can offer a 3 Bed option here also. It is a cheaper rate and lower cleaning fee.

Either way you go, we hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

From before check in, to during the stay and beyond, Dale and Tami were gracious and thoughtful hosts! The property was spacious, the kitchen fully equipped to cook an entire meal, and the game room was a huge plus! With a huge couch to watch movies and gather, and a hot tub to relax in, it was the perfect getaway!

Everything was great. Truly family and dog friendly. If you’re a light sleeper, choose one of the three bedrooms upstairs, you can hear people walking around in the downstairs bedrooms. Nothing ear plugs can’t fix though.

The house worked out very well for our family. The large deck was great for the kids to have room to play while the adults visited. We did not use the hot tub or fire pit area. The grill is charcoal which is fine, but we had to make a trip to town for charcoal. The lock pad system did not work for us. The Host had to let us in the first couple of times. Once I downloaded the app, we were able to get in easily. The house's location was very convenient for our destinations. I thought the cleaning fee was high for us having to start the laundry and leaving the house as we found it. The house is nicely done. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a family Christmas in July here. It was a great place. Very open and lots of space for the 10 of us. Please stores near by and we also went to hocking hills for some hiking. everything was so close. Would rent this place again

Absolutely Amazing

After 18 years of our family girls camping, this was 1of our top 2 locations! The cabin was immaculate and was cool and fresh smelling from the second we arrived. The hosts thought of everything including labeling the kitchen cupboards so it was easy to find and replace any items we used. The frig was huge which as a group of 9 was much needed. Having 3 bedrooms on the main floor was perfect for some of our group who have issues with stairs. It's hard to find a place we can afford with so much space and a perfect layout. Thank you Dale and Tami for another great year of memories!

Fantastic Home

We had a fantastic experience staying at Dale and Tami’s home. The house was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-organized — everything was meticulously labeled, making it easy to settle in right away. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed, including an air fryer and crock pot, which was a great bonus!The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire space was clearly well-maintained. The location is peaceful and quiet, tucked a bit off the beaten path, which made for a relaxing stay.One small note — while our kids were hoping for a large yard to run around and play soccer or football, the outdoor space was limited for that. However, the oversized wraparound porch more than made up for it — it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone considering a stay. We would definitely book again!

Relaxation Ranch

Relaxation Ranch is truly amazing! The kitchen is supplied beyond belief! From the beautiful gas stove to all of the cookware and utensils you could possibly need. A dishwasher the is large capacity and works well!The decor is beautiful and inviting!To say this place is dog friendly is an understatement, it is dog welcoming!My family and our pups enjoyed our stay so much that we want to return as soon as our schedules line up!But most of all when we walked through the door we felt at home!

Long weekend at Hocking Hills

Family healing

Loved the back porch and game room. All visiting grandchildren and great grandchildren had something to enjoy. Beautiful kitchen, and all living spaces were excellent.
