Welcome to the Haven at Hamlin Lake! This charming cottage on the serene south bayou of Hamlin Lake is the perfect retreat for up to six guests. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and fun, it offers everything you need to unwind, connect, and make lasting memories.

Spend your days relaxing by the water, taking kayaks or stand-up paddle boards out, playing your favorite board games (we have a lot!), hiking or playing in the sand and waves at Ludington State Park just a few miles away, or gathering around the cozy campfire under the stars.

On cooler or rainy days, curl up with a cup of cocoa in front of the electric fireplace, whip up a delicious home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy one of our 287 DVDs or venture into town for a meal.

Whether you are here for outdoor adventures or cozy downtime, this cottage is your ultimate getaway.

Great Place Great Host

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time. We especially loved all the amenities that our host supplied, from cooking supplies to all the water toys. Seating might be tight on the inside but outside there tables, chairs and hammocks were plentiful.

Fabulous! This unit has been updated. The kitchen/dining room and living room are comfortable and homey with the fireplace in the center. Our bed was very comfortable. The parking area is flat and easy to get in and out of. We enjoyed the peaceful river front and bonfire. It was hard to leave, and we hope to return next year!

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family of four! We enjoyed the outdoors so much. There was plenty of setting outside, a beautiful spot for a fire and it came with paddle boards, kayaks and a paddle boat that we all used and really enjoyed. It is right across from a boat launch so we were able to launch our 21’ boat and take it out to Hamlin Lake. Going through the tunnels were a little tight, but we made it! My kids didn’t want to leave! There was lots of movies and games to choose from too but we spent a lot of time outside. Check in and check out was super easy and our host was amazing! We will definitely be back!
