Host is very good, I appreciated the communication. Neighbors were loud unfortunately. Recommend more toilet paper, we nearly ran out. Handtoweis in the bathroom would have also been a good addition. Clean and was suitable for one night.

Our family of 4 stayed 4 nights. Price point was great and it was centrally located. It does need to be noted that there is street parking only, that being said we did not have a problem with parking while there. It should also be noted that this is a 2nd floor apartment with steep narrow stairs. The apartment is cooled by several window units which were not on when we arrived, it did take a little while to cool down but once it did we were comfortable the rest of our time there. Overall cleanliness was good with plenty of towels and sheets available. Kitchen was stocked with essentials & bathroom had some items available as well. We didn't even see the downstairs tenants until our last night there, didn't hear them at all until we were heading out. Overall it was a pleasant stay and worked well for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was central and close to food service and stores like Walmart and others. Nothing was more than a couple of miles away.

Cozy, Clean Apartment

My friend and I spent one night in this cozy, clean apartment. It is an older building, but the kitchen has been updated and the decor is lovely. The pictures in the listing were accurate, as was the description. One key piece of information should be noted, that this is a second floor apartment with narrow stairs leading up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Easy and clear instructions for check in. Stairs are a little steep, that could be something worth knowing beforehand. Appartment was pretty clean and comfortable. Kitchen could use more cooking essentials. Each room has its own ac unit which made for a comfotabke stay. Did not have access to knifes or scissors. Neighborhood was pretty calm. Street parking is a little tight but parking is available behind the building.

Emily was responsive to questions and accommodating when I needed to change and add an extra night. Check in was very easy. Parking was actually on the property. The apartment itself was very cute and very clean. The bedroom for my two young granddaughters was great. They loved the Mario Brothers decor. There was only one towel in the bathroom, and when I looked in one of the closets, I didn't see any others, but of course, when I was about to check out, I found a stack in another closet. The only issue I had was the neighborhood in general. Thehouses are close together. The street is narrow and when we arrived, there were tons of cars parked on the street which made getting into the driveway, a little difficult. The yard for both houses on either side were not well maintained and had trash overflowing in their yards. Overall the experience was good and I would reserve this property again

This place was a dump. Go up the stairway to the unit. Nothing but urine nail in the hallway as well the entire apartment I did not even stay one night and that Unit I am now in the process of getting an attorney and getting my money back did not know it was a third-party involved in this so I have all the evidence I need with the recordings and everything else. I did reach out to the host until I can stay here because of my respiratory problem and this smell terrible as well as supposed to the blankets on the bed or clip on the bed they were curtains you guys may see pictures like I saw the pictures and thought it was accurate and y’all don’t wanna give me my money. My money will be given back to me. My attorney will be called be contacting you guys. It took us. I don’t know how long to even get in the unit, Refridgerator dirty but condiment that I was left as well as it was just terrible. I wouldn’t even put a popsicle in the freezer of the refrigerator bathroom you leave head bottles of swab bath gel. I wouldn’t even get in that tub cause what was I gonna stand on? She had a rug biggest for a five-year-old to stand on again the place was smelling of urine throughout. She had air-conditioning on to try to drown out the smell. I also saw Lysol in the unit. I did not stay one night at that apartment. I had to go all the way to find a hotel and it was terrible for me that night so I’m coming for also paying and suffering. I didn’t stay a night and night Unit and I want my mone

Host was responsive. Property clean and nicely decorated. Parking was less than ideal, as well as the neighborhood. There is street parking only as the tenants in other apartment parked in driveway making it impossible to park in rear of building. When we arrived the apartment was uncomfortably warm. It took several hours to cool it down with the window units. One night it got cool outside, the heat started and even with the vents closed, it became uncomfortable. Upon searching the apartment, we realized there was not a thermostat to adjust. Overall, it was a good value.
