Day bed (twin with pull-out twin), 1 night stand, smart TV, and closets.

Hall Bathroom - full bathroom.

Backyard
Fenced with 6ft privacy fence.

Guests will have full access to the property, with the only exception being the 2 owners` closets in the hall and entry.

Close to Texas A&M, this neighborhood is a safe area with some long-term residents as well as some student rentals.

There are 2 dedicated parking spaces and street parking is available as well.

Our home is K-9 friendly and we allow up to 2 dogs with an additional $50 fee per pet. Please note the backyard fence may have gaps.

A twin-sized folding bed is also provided in the master closet.

We allow up to 9 guests included in the booking fee. Additional guests are allowed at the owner`s discretion with a $25/night fee per guest.
