This single-story residence offers an expansive 1,993 square feet of space, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests with its four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

As you arrive at the home, you'll be welcomed by a generous front porch equipped with comfortable seating. Entering through the front door, you are met with an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly includes the living room, and just around the corner, you'll discover the kitchen and dining areas.

Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including a cozy sectional seating, accent chairs and a 60" Smart TV.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is a chef's paradise, equipped with stainless steel appliances that cater to all your culinary needs. Its large island provides seating for four, creating an inviting space perfect for hosting gatherings and entertaining guests. Start your day with a coffee from the coffee bar, or unwind in the evening with a drink from the bar area, complete with a built-in wine fridge.

Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for eight guests and is accentuated by contemporary lighting and a 55-inch Smart TV. Additional seating is available nearby, along with easy access to the backyard.

Master Bedroom — King size bed, 55” Smart TV, and the ensuite bathroom offers a double sink vanity and an oversized tub/shower combo with a rainfall shower head

Bedroom 2 — King size bed and access to shared full bathroom

The outdoor spaces are like a resort, offering incredible relaxation opportunities. You can enjoy a swim in the pristine heated pool with an oversized Baja shelf step or recline on the poolside with a captivating book. There are several outdoor seating options, featuring a dining table, lounge chairs, and sectional seating. Gather around the cozy outdoor firepit or cook up your preferred meals on the propane BBQ.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
