New Modern Scottsdale 4Br/3bath house. This home is minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale and features include beautiful backyard, *Heated pool with Spa, shaded patio lounge area, outdoor dining and fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Open space concepts home with plenty of room in the main room. Comfortable beds throughout including the en-suite master and brand new beds in every room. Close to the best shopping, dining and nightclubs. Perfect location for your Family.

*Please note - per the city of Scottsdale's policies, rental properties cannot occupy more than 6 adults and their dependent children at a time

HOUSE RULES:
1. 1. Absolutely no parties
2. We do not allow any outside vendors like "Cabana Boys", DJ's, Jumpy houses - Yoga is okay
3. We have strict quiet hours 9pm to 8am. Any late night activities need to brought inside. Excessive Loud profanity not allowed
4. No outside visitors that are not on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors need to be pre-approved. Do not bring back the party from Old Town to the house.
5. If you need an early check-in We can only let you know the week of your arrival. If the house is not booked we will allow early check-in at no extra charge.
6. If you are coming for a calm Bachelorette Party that will be fine.

We have strict Backyard rules. Normal backyard hanging out is fine. We cannot allow any excessive noise disturbances to the neighborhood.

Due to increasing Neighbor noise complaints if you plan to be extra loud in the backyard please consider a different house.

They had everything we needed! Host was great at communicating before and during our stay. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! She had floaties for the pool for us and games indoor and outdoor! Beds were pretty comfortable as well!
Rooms were so clean and cute!
We decorated but she had all the supplies like tape, scissors and balloon pump!

We just checked out and could not have been happier with our stay. You don’t realize how much of your lodging contributes to a good trip until you experience a spectacular place. A beautiful, clean home with a great backyard hangout space. Nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was great. The house had everything we needed (the toys for the kids was a huge added bonus!) and was well stocked with essentials for us. The backyard and pool were fantastic. We would definitely stay again! Communication with the hosts was quick and easy too. We had zero issues and a great stay.

The house was beautiful but there were a few concerns…the bathroom sinks could use a thorough cleaning and the rugs could use a deep clean. I kept tripping over the rug in the primary bedroom because it was curled up. Other than that we were completely satisfied.

Amazing Stay! Would Recommend

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely fantastic. The house, yard and pool exceeded our expectations. The house came equipped with everything we needed and more. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The location was unreal too! I would stay here again and would recommend my friends & family to stay here!

An incredible stay - this property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend girl's trip. The rooms and living areas were very cozy, and the backyard/pool area was perfect for lounging and enjoying some much needed sunshine.The hosts responded to inquiries almost immediately and were very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Great getaway! Quiet and peaceful

Stayed here for a girls trip and we had a blast! Bertha was incredibly responsive and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again!

Great house and heated pool

We stayed here for almost a week on a family vacation with three kids (3, 8, and 10) and grandparents. All of us had a great time; the heated pool and hot tub were definitely the highlight of the house for us. The house had pretty much everything you could need during your stay. The owner was very responsive during our stay when we needed help turning on the pool heat. The house is in a very convenient location close to Old Town Scottsdale.

Perfect place for chill bachelorette

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described and there were so many amenities. Lots of extra drinks in the fridge, board games, extra decor from other bachelorette parties, etc. The beds were super comfy and we loved all the outdoor patio furniture. We would totally stay again!!

Wonderful home !

Three adults stayed here and three family members joined us during the day to enjoy the wonderful backyard space and pool. The house is large and spacious. We had plenty of household supplies. Owners were quuck to respond!

Exceeded expectations

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well-appointed and much bigger than the pictures show. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and we were able to set them both to our desired temperature which was a nice feature. Of the 3 places we stayed at in Scottsdale in past, this was definitely our favourite and would stay there again in the future.

Beautiful house great location

We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and was stocked with drinks. There were beach towels, inflatables, and even a couple bottles of wine. Beds were very comfy! The pool & hot tub were amazing! Close to Old Town which was an $8 Uber ride. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Wonderful house

This property is all it promises. Our family loved the pool and hot tub. We were close to so many things to do and still enjoyed making delicious meals in the kitchen. The house is laid out so well and is well stocked with what you need. Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! The manager was very responsive to a couple of minor questions. Will definitely go back!

While Jason is busy traveling for work I'm a stay at home mom of 2 Teenage sons and my 11 year old daughter. I love being a host and always looking for things to add to the house for my guests to enjoy. I'm happy to accommodate any special requests.

We love this house is Scottsdale. It on a nice quiet street. You see so many people walking their pups in the morning and then again in the evening. The house is in a good location. close to the Freeway for a quick getaway. Lots of restaurants close by. Don't want to drive a quick Uber or Lyft is perfect too.
