This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful refinished hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms and a back deck w/ a grill. "1ST BASE APT 1" is a first level (fully air- conditioned) 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living Room with a 50" flat screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 50" flat screen TV’s. One room has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “1ST BASE APT 2” is on the second floor and sleeps 4 as well.



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Each apartment has separate keys. Washer/Dryer is in the basement for laundry. This driveway is shared with 1st Base Apt 2 and the house next door with plenty of parking for multiple cars. We also offer over flow parking across the street at our office building.



The Neighborhood:

Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.



Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820



Staying right on Main Street and a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife, gives FIRST BASE an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".
