Enjoy the convenience of being just across the street from Lion's Park (currently under renovation), and only 3 miles from downtown Walla Walla and numerous local wineries.

Bedrooms: Each of the four bedrooms is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring plush king beds that ensure a restful night's sleep, perfect for families or groups of friends. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and 1 bedroom is downstairs. The staircase is a spiral staircase and not suggest for those with difficulty walking.

Bathrooms: Three modern bathrooms provide ample space and convenience for all guests.

Hot Tub: Enjoy the hot tub with provided towels. Please note the health risks and follow the posted safety rules for a relaxing experience. Please keep the safety straps locked at all times when not in use for the safety of all.

Hot Tub Guidelines:
Usage: Use the hot tub at your own risk. Do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover. Keep the cover on and locked when not in use.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours. Also be aware there is a 1 bedroom apartment in the basement, in the other half of the downstairs. This is totally separate from your space. The only areas that overlap is the backyard. You may hear the guest because walls are thin.

Safety: Carefully unlock the safety strap before use and lock it again afterward. Follow all posted rules, including no glass, no smoking, and leaving the chemical dispenser in the spa.
Health Precautions: Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant, have high blood pressure, open wounds, or bowel/bladder incontinence.

Keyless Entry: Our secure keyless entry system makes check-in and check-out a breeze.

Property Protection:
To ensure a worry-free stay, we've partnered with Waivo to provide property protection. This coverage, included in your rental rate, offers up to $3,000 for accidental damages during your stay.

Rental Agreement: ID verification and Rental agreement will be required to be signed prior to completing your reservation. The rental agreement reviews the house rules and the risks of the property with you and will ask for your agreement by signature.
