There are few houses better located or that have a more comfortable flow for groups, yet still keep an intimate feel. The sun porch is a great place to read or play cards, the back deck is for grilling and swinging on the porch swing while you listen to the brook. The family room has the perfect big screen TV to watch while the fire roars, and the bedrooms are like comfortable caves. Wedding locations are within a few minutes walk, plus it's a mile into town.
