¡Tu casa de vacaciones personalizada! 3 habitaciones más Den, 3 baños, con capacidad para 8 personas, 2700 pies cuadrados de espacio abierto, estacionamiento para vehículos recreativos grandes, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, lejos de la carretera principal, pero a solo 11 km del puente de Londres o el lago y tres rampas de lanzamiento de botes disponibles dentro de 10 millas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size con TV de 50 "y está en un lado de la casa con un amplio armario con vestidor, dos lavabos y una gran ducha con dos cabezales de ducha. En el otro lado de la las habitaciones de Jack & Jill están ambas con camas Queen, una con un televisor de 32 "y un baño completo.
También hay un Den con un medio baño y colchones para usar en el piso con un televisor de 46 ", ideal para que los niños mayores se escapen, solo traigan su consola de juegos para conectarse al televisor. beautiful house!

We stayed at this residence for a few days in June to take the family out on the water on my boat. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the pictures do not do his house justice. The house was amazing, and everything was perfect, we would definitely stay again!

Home was amazing. Pics dont do it justice.

Home is very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need just bring groceries. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Master bedroom and bath are amazing. The bonus room is great to keep the kids away and entertained. Driveway was so big you could park 3 boats hooked up to the trucks and still have room for an rv. I will definitely be back again.

Loved the house! Clean and had so much great space. We stayed when the temps reached over 100 degrees and the only issue was the house didn’t get colder than 76 degrees. After a long day in the sun, I would prefer a cooler nights sleep. But other than that everything was great! I would book again, as long as the temps were a little cooler. :)

Great house in lovely location.

We rented Mike’s house for two months this winter to bike and work remotely. The house is quite nice, with wood beams and lots of space. The desert surroundings and neighbour next door are super nice. Only issues were the miscommunication of Mike in regards to letting us use the propane fireplace and then trying to charge us for it at the end of our stay; not being upfront about a broken dishwasher at the start of our stay and also his surveillance of our movements on his house cameras-kind of creepy!

Karen, I'm glad that you liked the home, neighborhood and super nice neighbors! Everyone else does too, it's so unique! I’m sad to see the rating you gave is the worst we’ve had and is mainly due to some misunderstanding. I'm sorry that I wasn't aware of the broken dishwasher until you were leaving and that the reason you mentioned the outside security cameras were likely because I said that the two month old dried out Christmas Tree should be seen in the trash from the driveway camera if you had disposed of it when I asked. The house cleaner and I became very concerned about the danger of you still having the dry tree and pile of dead needles below it in front of the fireplace. I’m also really sorry you assumed you could use the propane fireplace daily even though you had agreed to only use it for Christmas. I mentioned to you the cost of propane was too much to make it worth using the fireplace often. The ad discloses the security cameras and paying for propane if the fireplace is used, sorry about your misunderstanding.

Very Nice Home plenty of parking for boat & family.

Loved the property although it is a little ways from town and marina. Still worth the drive. Home well maintained and Mike the host was very helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend this home.

Beautiful property

Great large property, lots of space. Great communication with host. Comfortable beds. However during our stay the air conditioning didn’t work that well and ultimately went out the final night of our stay and the fridge in the house went out. Host was responsive in accommodating us with a fridge in the garage to use. Even with these issues I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful desert getaway home with lake view AWESOMENESS!

This property was beautiful and as many have said in the past reviews, the pictures don't serve it justice. The home is very spacious and perfect when traveling with family. Everyone has their own space. Having two living rooms and the layout of the home is very big and open. All the amenities we needed were provided and owners have a lot of pride and have it maintained well and it feels super homey as soon as you walk in. It's super close to markets, stores and the London Bridge. We enjoyed our time at this home and look forward to returning!

Fantastic House!

Hands down one of the most beautiful houses in Havasu. I always VRBO and have stayed in many places over the years. This is without question one of the most luxurious rentals out there. Mike, the owner, was also a pleasure to interact with which made the weekend experience even better.

Absolutley beatiful home!!!

Great house.

Great house with a great host. Most of the time the pictures look better then the property actually is, but this is definitely not the case with mikes house. The house is beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. If your looking for a nice, clean house with a great host look no further.
