The main living area connects the kitchen, dining space, and living room in an open layout designed for groups. A 70-inch TV provides plenty of space for movies, sports, or streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, appliances, a blender, dishwasher, and ample counter space for preparing meals. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
Outside, a covered patio offers a comfortable place to sit with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The fenced backyard gives children and dogs space to play, while the BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen make it easy to cook outdoors. A fire pit adds another gathering space after sunset.
The home includes an in-unit washer and dryer, garage parking, and additional street parking. Four additional 55-inch smart TVs are located throughout the property. Ceiling fans and air conditioning help keep the home comfortable year-round. The property is also suitable for extended stays and insurance housing placements. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee and must be at least 18 months old, weigh under 50 pounds, and remain off furniture. Downtown Austin, Zilker Park, and Rainey Street are within a 20-minute drive, while McKinney Falls and Onion Creek Metropolitan Park are just a few minutes away.
The home is professionally cleaned and maintained between stays to help ensure a comfortable experience for every guest.

We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone (pet fee applies)
-Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 50 lbs
-Dogs are not allowed on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds. Any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged, as we strive to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.
-Please clean up after your dog – all waste must be picked up before checkout.
-Pets must be on a leash when outside the property.
-No cats allowed.
-A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.
Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space.

Extremely clean, beautiful home. Spacious. Comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash cloths for makeup removal. Hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Washer, dryer, laundry soap, fabric softener, iron and ironing board. Large area to hang up all our clothes for the wedding. Back patio was so relaxing.
