Spacious 4 bedroom house in enchanting Nuevo Vallarta with pool, nearby beach
Escape to this brilliant house in picturesque Nuevo Vallarta. With 4 cozy bedrooms including a mix of king size, queen size & two double beds in two bedrooms.
This charming retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of 4 1/2 bathrooms with modern amenities like hair dryers and showers. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
The house shares a common garden area, with ample pool, which has a shalow section for the enjoyment of your little children as well as the bigger children too. The Palapa area has tables & chairs. Also there is a boat slip than can accomodate your toys while you are staying in the house, your boat or your wave runners if you bring them on your vacation.
The house is located on a short 5 minute car ride from the closest public beach access, and about 10 minute bicycle ride to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby like La Dolce Vita, Yeo Sushi, Zenizas ( steak bbq ribs ), El Coleguita ( Sea Food ), Tarantela, Buonisimo, Mr. Cream, Fredy Tucan, TAcos on the Street, Fajita Republic, Sonorita al Sur, among others.
There are 7 golf courses nearby: El Tigre Golf Course, Flamingos Golf Course, Vidanta Golf Courses ( 2 ) where the PGA Vidanta Mexico Open is held, Marina Golf, Vista Golf courses.
If you are comming by way of a motorcycle or on a recreational vehicles ( RZR ), my home is an ideal place for you to stay with your friends & family.
The house also has an additional patio with sitting accomodations that include a Jacuzzi tub ( which is NOT OPERATIONAL CURRENTLY )
I also have available a portable crib for 1 baby.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Nuevo Vallarta, and Los Almendros sub division, is centrally located, very close to everything and by the same token, far away from everything. Public beach access ( no fees to pay) is only like 5 minute by car and like 10 - 15 walking. Private beach club access ia also available for an entrance fee, or a fee that includes consumption of food & brevages. There are plenty of restaurants very close by like: La Dolce Vita, Mr. Cream, Buonísimo, Mariscos La Ola, Yeo Sushi, Zenizas ( BBQ Ribs ) Sonora al Sur, Fredy Tucan, Tarantela, Chapultepec, La Laguna, Blue Shimp, Fajita Republic. Supermarkets like: Soriana, Chedraui, Walmart SAM´S Club, Casa Ley. Hospital Joya, airport only 15 - 20 min car drive. There are many golf courses nearby, so a lot of things to do and to enjoy here in Nuevo Vallarta

Very cozzy home, with one bedroom in the bottom floor in case one or two guests do not want or can not go up to the upper level, so you can live only on the bottom floor. Very convenient patio / terrace, very ample common areas, pool, small pool area for kids, palapa roof for gatherings. In my property I have a Charcoal / briquets bbq grill, for family and quality time. Parking, very secure area, free WI FI. My home sleeps up to 12 ( total guests ), so you can have a great time very comfortable.
