Shady Grove is a quaint cabin nestled on 4.65 acres in Blue Ridge, GA. The property sits near the Cohutta Wildnerness within the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest in North Georgia. Direct creek access at the property with large outdoor firepit and picnic eating area creekside.

The cabin is a 2 bedroom + sleeping loft/ 2 bathroom with wrap around deck with access to large flat yard with creek. The living room features a wood burning fireplace. There is a bedroom on each level, both with King beds with Dreamcloud mattresses. The loft features a twin over full bunk, toddler bed, playarea, pack-n-play, and washer/dryer.  The cabin has been fully re-designed with all new furniture, decor, art, and linens. Brand new gas grill, large firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs, and new picnic table creekside. 

The cabin is conveniently located to downtown Blue Ridge, minutes from Mercier Orchard, and the Cohutta Wilderness Loop. The back of the property has direct access to US Forest Service lands for lots of hiking opportunities. Other nearby destinations are Amicalola Falls, waterfall hikes, and parks. Go for trainride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway or visit Mercier for apple picking. Enjoy the serene yard with birding or watching the deer. 

Please note this cabin is located in a community in the wood near national forest service lands with strong potential for wildlife. Practice bear safety and do not leave food outside of bear boxes.
