This rental comes with a basic stocked kitchen including pots, pans, baking sheets, silverware, bowls, plates, drinking cups, coffee cups, drip coffee pot, cooking utensils, salt and pepper, dish soap, 1-2 rolls of paper towels.

BATHROOMS
This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner. ** (There is a store within 1 min drive or walk)

CABLE & TVs
Host provides basic cable package ***cable in downstairs tvs only. upstairs tvs are streaming only*** Brand New Smart TVs in many rooms. If using "Streaming" it is BYOL (Bring your own login).

HEAT & A/C
This property has central heat and A/C in all bedrooms and mini spilt in the bar room

OUTSIDE GAMES
Host provides cornhole boards and bags, can jam, spikeball, ladder toss, yard pong, giant jenga and other games. Please note that some games may be damaged from previous guest and can't be 100% guaranteed

POOL
Heated pool with raised hot tub
Pool is set for 82 degrees and hot tub is set for 100 degrees. Please do not touch the pool equipment. Up near the house are the controls for hot tub and pool lights . Pool closed during winter months. During the winter time the hot tub can take up to 30 mins to heat up

***NO POOL USE AFTER 10PM

OUTSIDE GRILL & FURNITURE
There is a brand new outside grill and brand new outside furniture/deck space. Guest are responsible for any propane needed. Two bottles are provided.

KIDS/BOARD GAMES
Various kids games have been left please return all games to where you found them

BEACH CHAIRS
Host leaves 10 beach chairs for guest to use. **These are not guaranteed as previous guests may have lost/taken them** GUEST ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYING THEIR OWN BEACH TAGS
