In reference to the guest count, the amount provided did not reflect the accurate number, as you had notified me that there would be only two guests instead of four. The mention of a fifth guest was likely a miscommunication from the property manager, who reported the information based on observation. Regarding the security cameras, they are installed to ensure the safety and protection of the property, especially as I do not reside in Puerto Rico. In addition, I respectfully remind guests that walking, stepping, or playing in the landscaped areas in front of the house is not permitted, as significant investment has been made to maintain the property’s appearance and condition. This is why certain house rules are in place—to preserve the quality and enjoyment of the home for all future guests. I sincerely apologize if the rules felt excessive from your perspective.
