This apartment is over 700 sq feet. It is perfect for large family/group traveling to Oahu for vacation. This apartment has 2 separate bedrooms and full kitchen to cook your meals.

The master bedrooms contains a King bed with a desk/dressing table and closet. The other bedroom has a queen bed, desk/dressing table and closet. The kitchen has all new counter, cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is stocked with fresh coffee beans, coffee press and a drip coffee maker. New floor throughout the apartment. Each room has a portable air conditioner. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed, twin size air mattress and a large 50 inch TV. The lanai has a bistro patio set. There are beach towels and beach chairs for your beach going enjoyment.

The beds were too high to get into for my 87 year old mom but she slept on pull out couch which was very comfortable. We loved the free parking.

Very clean, well organized and close proximity to many beaches and other attractions. Plus the underground, secured parking spot included is a major bonus. A/C worked well and within walking distance to the beach and other areas.

Amazing place to stay in Honolulu. We stayed for over two weeks during our family vacation. Convenient location and clean property. The host is great! Always responsive and super nice. Parking is onsite which is also great. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Honolulu

Perfect stay

Close to beaches and the strip. Fun food truck park next door. Management responsive. Great parking. Clean nice kitchen great coffie corner. Overall great place at a great price.

We stayed here for 10 nights. Overall, the property was located at a convenient location with close proximity to food trucks and the beach. The property was clean. However the building and elevator are really old and one of the elevators was mostly broken throughout our stay (we even got stuck in it once). The area is also pretty noisy and the windows don’t block any sounds. Our little kids got up every night because of street noise. The basement parking can be a bit tight for big cars but it was still convenient to have free parking onsite. The kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher and everything you use needs to be hand washed.

Great deal as parking is included. Beware of loud folks next bldg using the pool and vehicles passing by as if they’re racing, the windows are jalousie. The unit is nice and clean but the way to the lower level parking is where the garbage room is. We had to cover our mouths and hold our breath 3x because the garbage door was open.

Close to beach, restaurants and stores

This is a great secure location next to everything you need. You will need one of the two fobs to get in and out of the building and elevators. If there are many in your group heading different directions strategy is a must. But the payoff for security is worth it. Communication was fast and easy and we did enjoy our stay. If I was needing a place to stay in downtown Waikik I would stay here again.

This is 3 star accommodations with a 5 star price tag (I checked 5 star resorts right on the beach for the same price per night as this place but choose this for the kitchen) . Its so very overpriced. The amenities were very limited and the building is all but falling apart. You are on the 10th floor with very old elevators. Its right next to a 7 eleven where homelessness is rampant. There are many places within a block that offer adult only activities ( illegally but obvious) not nIce if you are on a family trip. Their pots and pans were in bad need of being replaced. They rely on the previous guests to clean the dishes so dont be surprised if the dishes aren't very clean becuase the guests before us did a bad job. The pool and its surrounding arent even worth using: too small and very motel 6 like. You're right on a main street to get to Waikiki so its very loud all night long. Their windows arent windows at all but instead frosted glass lapped over eachother (also in need of repair) so there is ZERO sound protection. But they do provide 3 loud air conditioning units to dull out the sound (not sure when those got cleaned last as we had to empty the water out of them so they would work...GROSS). Getting into the unit is like an escape room (codes and buttons and gates and dark hallways) I will choose other accommodations next time we visit this area. Buyer beware

ワイキキビーチまでは少し歩きますが、買い物するには便利です。ニューイヤーの花火がベランダや、玄関出たところから見えてすごく良かった。そこらじゅうで花火上がってて、ビーチとかで見るよりも良かったです。 オーナーもめちゃくちゃ良い人で良かった！
