Boro Breeze is a spacious island-inspired retreat thoughtfully designed to host two separate guest accommodations—each with its own private entrance and full access to the property’s amenities.
Your space is entirely yours to enjoy, with uninterrupted access to both indoor comforts and outdoor tropical vibes. Whether you're lounging by the firepit, sipping coffee in the kitchen, or unwinding in the upstairs lounge, everything is set up to feel like your own personal oasis.

We’ve created a setting that’s both serene and social—perfect for quiet mornings, festive evenings, and everything in between. While you're here, the island atmosphere is yours to savor, with no distractions and every advantage of a well-appointed stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW AND PARKING
We hope that you enjoy your time in Murfreesboro - the geographic center of Tennessee! The neighborhood can be described as a quiet, family-oriented residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. There is plenty of greenery and paved sidewalks to enjoy a morning jog or an evening stroll. The driveway is free and open for parking, loading and unloading and there is free and open street parking as well. Approximately 4-6 cars can fit in the driveway and street parking is unlimited.


GETTING AROUND TOWN
Public transportation is not available in the neighborhood. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are available. We offer guided tours and kayak floats (kayaks can be provided or rented) of the area and can suggest a variety of shopping, (state) parks, trails, caves, waterfalls, greenways, music venues, and restaurants, whether you’re looking for indoor or outdoor entertainment to explore while visiting the area.


SECURITY & DOOR LOCKS
Guests enter and exit through the front door via a keypad code provided on the day of your expected arrival. Security cameras monitor the exterior front, rear, and driveway of the property. There are NO cameras inside the premises. For peace of mind, please activate the keypad lock each time you come and go from the premises. Please do not lock the door handle before exit as that will prevent your re-entry to the property.


GUEST SERVICES
We enjoy catering to our guests with hospitality and (concierge) services, available prior to your arrival and upon request, so you can maximize your stay and make the most of your time in Murfreesboro. We are otherwise available (via messaging) for assistance, adjustments, changes or answers at any time, before and during your stay.


LIVING ROOM
Please use the living room for conversation, reflection and personal enjoyment. It is preferred that food and drinks be limited to designated dining areas; however, when care and consideration are exercised, it allows others greater freedom.


GUEST ROOMS
There are two guest rooms on the second floor with keyed locks if you wish to secure your guest room(s) before planned social events begin. Guest rooms come with a queen bed, night tables w/ drawers, 55” smart television w/ remote, wall table w/ drawers, ceiling light and fan w/ remote, lamps w/ remotes, chairs, a room divider, a walk-in closet, an ironing board, a laundry hamper and hangers. At any time that you need extras of anything or adjustments made to heat or A/C, we are available by text to provide reasonable adjustments for your comfort.


GUEST DINING
There are five dining areas indoors for your enjoyment. There is a kitchen island, two dining tables and two bar tables on the property. There are two dining rooms on the ground floor and the lounge on the second floor. Outdoors, there is a dining set as well as other patio furniture seating and lounge chairs. There are more than enough spaces for you to enjoy eating in solitude or mingling with others during your stay.

DRINKING & SMOKING
We have no problem with drinking or vaping, but we ask that you and members in your party refrain from drunkenness, fighting, any acts of aggression and smoking inside the property (smoking outside away from entryways is acceptable).

We realize that Nashville offers many opportunities to drink and it’s possible to overdo it. We don’t mind our guests returning and having had a bit too much alcohol. A warm and cozy bed awaits.

INTERNET TV MOVIES & MUSIC
The vacation rental is equipped with 55” televisions and streaming access to YouTube, Netflix, Pandora, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Max and any apps that can be downloaded from the app store. PLEASE LOGIN WITH YOUR OWN CREDENTIALS BEFORE PURCHASE OF ANY DIGITAL MATERIAL. If you have any difficulty navigating the television interfaces and remote controls, please text for assistance. We'll be happy to help. Wi-Fi access is available for streaming enjoyment via your phone, tablet or laptop as well.
