Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash and Recycle days are Tuesday, if your stay falls on that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bins to the curb
Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should
Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.
Some reservations are subject to a credit card authorization hold for damage, excessive cleaning, and incidentals
Cancellation Fees:
All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
