Estos 2200 pies cuadrados modernas y totalmente equipadas. Townhomes se encuentran en la perla de una playa Playa El Coco de Nicaragua. Las habitaciones están distribuidas en la habitación de lujo de estar, amplio comedor y cocina contemporánea en el primer piso junto con un medio baño. En el segundo piso se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una suite con baño privado y balcón con vistas a los lujosos jardines y la playa. También en la segunda planta hay dos dormitorios con un balcón compartido con hermosas vistas de esta propiedad ajardinado exuberante. La habitación en la tercera planta se abre a una terraza privada muy grande y con impresionantes vistas a los jardines bien cuidados, la piscina y nuestra playa maravillosa. Cada una de nuestras unidades de dormitorios - también tienen ventiladores de techo para su comodidad.

Romantic getaway

If you are looking for a secluded area with the best beaches, this is the place for you. Our contact Jim was extremely helpful always available for any questions or concerns. The house I stayed in was the most beautiful villa I could have asked for. The guards at the gate, maintenance crew were so helpful and accommodating. A true hidden gem in Nicaragua. My family had a wonderful time.and we will return to create mesmerizing memories. Once again Jim thank you for your assistance throughout this past weekend.

Loved our mini-vacation

This rental property far exceeded our expectations. It is attractive and spacious. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is totally safe and the staff was very helpful. It is a little off the beaten path but on one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua. Going back to San Juan del Sur for meals was too far for us so we were glad we had brought our own food. There is a restaurant nearby (not on the property) but it seemed to be only open on weekends. The pool was always clean and we enjoyed it as well as swimming in the ocean. The waves are just right for boogie boarding.

This was our second time in the last three years staying at this condo. The condos are great, clean, well furnished, private,and very close to the beach. The beach is beautiful. Very close to San Juan del Sur for great dinning. Highly recommend this place.

Can't wait for the next time!

White sandy beach, glorious sunsets, delicious restaurants and close to San Juan del Sur, makes this one of the best vacation spots I have ever visited. Playa Coco townhomes are beautiful, friendly, private, inviting and secure. Modern conveniences, with timeless decor made this a vacation I can't wait to come back to!

Great beach, great condo

We stayed at this condo for four nights over the recent Easter holiday. Easy access, only about a half hour from San Juan del Sur on a good road, and a fabulous deserted beach, even at the busiest time of year for the Nicaraguan coast. Our group ranged in age from four to sixty four, and everyone was extremely comfortable. Beautiful views, very quiet, and a very well maintained and secure condo complex. As an added treat, we participated in the turtle release one afternoon at Playa Flor, which is only about a ten minute drive from Playa Coco. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a great beach steps from your door, this is your perfect choice.

Great Getaway!

After a few days at another location near San Juan del Sur, we were blown away by this home and the location! It easily accommodated 2 families (kids ranging from 10-13) and the beach was amazing. It was great to have the pool option for the kids too. The unit was well cared for and had everything we needed! The grounds surround the complex were beautiful. For a quiet getaway, I would highly recommend this as a perfect location!

Amazing house right on the beach.

We stayed at Playa El Coco for a week after having been elsewhere in Nica. Our stay was fantastic. The house itself was beautiful, with all amenities included. Bedrooms were big and bright, and the main floor living space was spacious and clean. The grounds were well cared for and provided a great escape from the sun and beach. Our children loved the pool, especially the shallow ledge for our little one (7months old). We loved the location...being close enough to drive to San Jan, but far enough away that you were out of the "scene". Jim was super accommodating to us, even picking up a new pack and play for our little one to sleep in! He also arranged fishing for my husband, and a cook/housekeeper. Can't wait to go back next year :).

Secluded Haven

It was one of those mini get-away where we had a wonderful time, my family, unexpectedly, loved this secluded townhome at Playa El coco south of San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. The place is run by the co-owner Jim (Jersey), who was so helpful and had a great part for making this trip an unforgettable one. We enjoyed the beach, the food at the nearby restaurant and even had a glimpse of newly hatched turtles release to the ocean. The accommodation was excellent and tastefully decorated. A very comfortable and clean spacious home. We, also, have enjoyed immensely the sunsets every day we were there, it was mesmerizing. It almost felt like a 5 star hospitality hotel. Unwillingly, we had to leave but with one thing my family and I agreed on, WE WILL BE BACK. We departed and personally accompanied by Jersey.

Could Have Stayed Forever

I wanted a vacation where I could just get away from it all and rest (all my others had been tours) and that is exactly what I got. The beach is spotless and beautiful and it was very quiet. I found the neighbors and locals very friendly. The town was close enough for any day trip or evening out for dinner, but far enough away to avoid any "city" hustle and bustle. The owner was more than accommodating with any request or question I may have had.

playa el coco was more than I expected. we stayed in September for a week and everything is beautiful. the owner (jim) was more than helpful with all concerns and questions. 1 mile of private beach was amazing. sunsets breathtaking. I would and will recommend playa coco to all my family and friends

Family vacation

First time we went to Playa el Coco, it was a family vacation and we had a great time. The town house was as despicted in the listing, the beach was great, the property well mantained and Jim, the owner was very helpful and made sure that we had everything to make our stay a good time.

Coco Paradise

This was the 2nd time we've stayed here and it was FANTASTIC. Jersey Jim is a great VRBO. Any question I had he answered immediately and was very helpful.The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the condo stayed very cool with AC. The photos are spot on. The property all around is very well maintained and looked absolutely beautiful. Gusto helped us with our luggage when we got there and we prearranged for Veronica to cook for us.(She is an amazing cook by the way) The beach was very beautiful. We always felt safe and was able to see quite a bit of wildlife. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Every time we go to Coco we plan on staying here and we definitely recommend this place.

Coco Beach Condo

Great place to stay for a quiet vacation. Beach is only .8 mile long but you can take longer hikes to other beaches if you want. The water is reallly safe and you can do boogie boarding but no surfing. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff that cares for the condos was always helpful. The condo You are much better off getting food and supplies in San Juan but that is 45 min. away. We di it for two weeks without a car but it sure would have been nice to have one. They are really improving the road so it should make the trip easier in the future. Jim was very helpful getting us set up and making arrangements once we were there. I would have no reservation about recommending Coco Beach. There was a segment on house hunters international that really does a good job of showing the condo and would be worth watching.

Awesome Vacation at Playa El Coco

I went to Playa el Coco for three nights at this property, and the place is immaculate. The townhouse is right on the beach, clean, with all the amenities that you can think of. The beach is beautiful, quiet, a very romantic getaway. Security is top notch, 24/7. Property is about a 15-20 minute drive south from San Juan del Sur. We'll be back again!
