Very beautiful suite with amazing views of both the ocean and mountains!! Convenient location and both host and property manager Martina were excellent. Would recommend and stay here again.

We had a great one week stay at Richard’s condo. We highly recommend this place for couples looking for the perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable, great facilities

My partner and I had a wonderful week in Richard’s condo and had everything we needed to stay cool, make a few meals at home and enjoy the pools out front, and the rooftop gym! The gym was such a highlight.

We stay in the unit for 22 days .The space is very roomy beautiful view and pool . The unit is well equipped give you opportunity to cook and prepare meals . Bonus is beautiful fitness facilities on the roof top and pool.

Bright and Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay tremendously as our time spent was for the most part was worry free. The two exceptional offerings were the unit and the location . As to the unit it was bright, large, full of amenities and best of all a spectacular view of the ocean from the a good sized deck. The location is great as it is in walking range to service including great restaurants.

Harbor 171 1st stay

It was a wonderful place both the room and the property. We stayed over New Year's eve and got to watch just about all the fireworks in town. The condo was very spacious for the two of us. We enjoyed the kitchen area and being able to make a few of our meals in the condo. John and I corresponded over the week on a few questions I had and was very responsive to my questions.

Great stay right on the water!

This is a great brand new development with multiple pools and jacuzzis right on the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we had a super easy check-in and check-out process. The host was great and very communicative and the property manager Martina is so welcoming and helpful. She even met up with me after checkout to return my Apple Watch I had left in the unit. The unit itself is very nice and has a great WiFi connection so I could work remotely. Could not reccomene this place more !

Nice and calm brand new unit, close from the centro of puerto Vallarta and a grocerie store. Richard is a excellent host. Tres belle unitée, calme et près de tout, épicerie 35 min a pied du centre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Richard est tres avenant.
