This penthouse is located on the top floor requiring guests to walk up 4 flights of stairs, however the views are worth it! The suite is bright and spacious, featuring a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily whip up your favorite meals. Our rooftop decks are the real highlight—perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing with a drink in the evening while taking in the city views. We’re located just steps away from fantastic restaurants, shops, and all the best D.C. attractions, so you’ll have everything you need right at your doorstep. PARKING
Ample street parking is available around the perimeter of the property. We have 1 parking spot in the rear of the building that can be rented out for $30/day. This parking space is first come first serve so we cannot guarantee it will be available for your stay, please message us for parking spot availability or general parking questions/concerns.

Cycling is a convenient way to get around Capitol Hill, with bike lanes and bikeshare stations scattered throughout the area. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent, offering a fun and efficient way to travel.

Parking:
Street parking is generally available on or around our block, though, like the rest of D.C., there are parking regulations to keep in mind. If you plan to use a car during your stay, let us know in advance, and we can plan to rent out our parking pace in the back if available.

Rideshare:
For a more convenient option, you can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to navigate the neighborhood without worrying about parking.
