Welcome to Dahlia Apartment at Tulip House, a comfortable two-bedroom apartment in the Corcoran neighborhood of South Minneapolis. Located on the upper level of this duplex home, Dahlia offers a bright and functional space for couples, small groups, and extended stays.

The apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room with Roku-enabled TV, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms with king and queen beds. In addition, Dahlia includes a dedicated private office, providing a separate workspace ideal for remote work or longer stays.

The layout offers a bit more separation and flexibility, making it especially appealing for guests who want distinct spaces for working, relaxing, and sleeping.

This was horrible. We arrived and the place immediately smelled like urine. An inside door was kicked through and post it notes were put on that. The inside electrical lines were not up to code (spouse is an electrician). We immediately left and had to book a hotel because this was not safe for humans to live in. The host refunded only 1 night after we mentioned the unsafe conditions. Never stay here

I personally inspected this property both before and after this guest's arrival, and found these concerns to be unfounded. The property also has an annual electrical inspection by a licensed electrician, annual city rental licensing inspections, and quarterly maintenance inspections, all of which note that electrical lines are up-to-code and that the property is safe, habitable and clean condition. This guest did not communicate with us during or after their stay, except to share that if they didn't receive a refund, they would leave a negative review, which they have done. We hope all guests have excellent stays, and that if a property is not up to their expectations, they communicate with us so we may offer to address their concerns during their stay.
