With 4 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and a bathtub, guests can relax in style. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, AC, a washing/dryer machine, smart TV in all bedrooms upstairs, and a 55" Smart TV in the basement family room. We also provide you with full-size shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash.
There are many trails and parks nearby, including a brand new All Abilities park, which features a waterfall and Splash Pad. The condominium offers two kids' playgrounds and a green area for picnics or playing frisbee.
A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

This was a beautifully, spacious and comfortable home. Our host Cristina was very welcoming, accommodating and responded almost immediately to my messages (even during the Thanksgiving holiday). This was a great stay!

The townhome was great, clean and well equipped. We had 6 adults in our party and had plenty of room. My family enjoyed our stay. The location was easy to get to and plenty of things to do. The hiking in the area was spectacular. The host was wonderful, checking to see we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for a stay.

Fantastic stay!

This was our first time to Spanish Fork, we traveled from New York for a family wedding. Our stay was lovely, the townhouse was in a great location and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone visiting Spanish Fork!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and many thoughtful amenities. There were five of us and we all got very nicely with plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. We would stay again if we ever needed to return to the area.

We really liked our stay here! We stayed for a month in-between homes so we had a bunch of food with us. The only thing I would have changed is to have more space for food. It was cool they had lots of pans and things in the pantry but there just wasn’t much space left so we had to move a bunch of stuff into the garage. The owners were very responsive and helpful whenever I asked about anything.Overall it was a great place for our family of 5 and we would definitely stay here again

Thank you so much for staying with us. We called the internet/cable provider and they fixed the problem with the basement TV, it somehow disconnected to the internet after they updated the system. Sorry about that. I don’t know how out of 4 TVs only that one disconnected.

2 day family reunion

It was wonderful! Everyone in my family were thrilled with the location and accommodations. We all had a very comfortable bed and warm showers in the morning. Since the reunion was providing lunch and dinner we were able to pick up breakfast items. Everyone was happy with our stay. Also, those who stayed up for the fireworks were able to see everything from the living room and front yard.

Above & Beyond Our Expectations

This place was immaculate!! Anything you could imagine you would like or need in this condo the owners have thought of & more. There was nothing we wanted for. We had some minor questions & her response times were very fast. This condo is 3 stories so if you have trouble with steps this could be a problem for you. Also due to not having a yard there is no BBQ, which is completely understandable once you see the condo. We had family come visit with kids but there was no problem because of the park across the streets.This place will definitely be our go to place when visiting family & friends in the Salt Lake/Spanish Fork area.

The Maple Mountain neighborhood is beautifully located close to the mountains, yet it's also close to all the modern amenities of a big city. So many restaurants and major stores. There are many public parks, and the Golf Course is 5 minutes away. There are also trails and hot springs close by.

You get the full house, 4 bedrooms, and plenty of space for the family to share.
We have a 2-car garage, which makes parking during the winter months so easy and convenient. The house is equipped with all the amenities needed, such as full-size shampoo and conditioner, body wash, washer and dryer, and lots of blankets to keep you cozy all winter long.
